“I recently decided to MIG weld with solid wire instead of flux core which means I have to use a 75/25 Argon CO2 mix. Needing a filled gas cylinder, I called around to several welding supplies and settled on United Welding Supply. Wayne was very helpful and provided exceptional service. He even took my partially filled 20# CO2 cylinder and gave me a fair trade-in value. Exceptional service and great value, what more can you ask for these days? I highly recommend!”

“I had an amazing experience with U-Haul at this location. Retrieving the U-Haul after hours for a reservation of 9:00PM was fast and easy. Equipment was clean and instructions were clear; I even had to extend my rental and that was fast and easy through the app. I have a great expectation of every service now because of the quick and easy experience I had at this location. The cost was also very at par with every other factor, the price was $123 for almost the 48hrs I had it in use! Great value and friendly service when I went back to drop it off! Thank you to the young gentleman that came out to retrieve the truck although I got there a few minutes before office closing time. Thank you so much Koreatown U-Haul & Employees!”

“I was on my way home from a very long day and stopped in to 7-Eleven last night. I knew the grocery store across the street had just closed (everything closes way too early in Los Angeles). I looked around for some hamburger buns or bread and didn't see any on the shelves. I asked the clerk if they had any. He said no and asked if I was making some hamburgers at home. Then asked how many I needed. I said like two. He went into the back and came out with a bag and gave me some buns he had in the back. Nobody in Los Angeles is this nice. He said it's about customer service. He even asked if I had condiments at home. I asked his name. Ivan. Thank you so much, Ivan! That was such a kind gesture after a very long day for me and I really appreciate your thoughtfulness! We need more people like Ivan in the world.”

“My friend and i were treated with fast trac service A+ and we didnt even have a reservations. johnathon the young gentelman was so professional and helpful he seemed like he has been doing his job for years (customer service) thank you johnathon i was the passenger with my friend m cerda and i think i had left window open i called spoke with nice rep jeanette who then trasnfer me to ndu they were all very nice and helpful thank u and for managers who read this you should really keep ur eyes on ela cust service rep johnathon for his age he was so professional i was completely blown away of his etiquette in customer service it takes people years to be that good in CS he is a keeper i do job placements for a living im going to be upfront i would probably take him from uhaul but he looks like he really enjoys serving and helping customers with u-haul u got a winner there hard ti find these days and who ever trained him kudos to you to. I was a very satisfied with rental and service m.cerda i recieved i was contact person on his contract. i was really suprised ela rating being low because i didnt experience nothing but help and in and out excellent service. “It has been a very long time since I visited U-Haul. It was a very pleasant experience. I needed to get a van to pick up large and tall Linen Cabinets for a bathroom remodel. The vans have rear cameras with lines that rotate according to the driver’s wheel. The vans have wood ribs along the side to tie down items. Kim helped me out and had me in and out on the road within 10 minutes.U-Haul has after hours delivery and full pre check in with your cell phone.I am very happy with the service and cargo vans from U-Haul.”
