“This is hands down the best place for propane fills. Super friendly guy, always great service with a smile and an awesome attitude. My tanks last way longer than when I buy pre-filled anywhere else, so I get the best bang for my buck, with a side of awesome service, what more can you ask for ?”
“Great place, called ahead and they said come on in for co2 refill for a brand new 5 lb tank. Was around 20 and really painless. Highly recommend, but the area is sketch”

“Just received excellent customer service for propane tank refill. I brought in my two rusty old tanks, the very nice technician came out of the office immediately and inspected them--they have a date stamped in the metal, and they're good for 12 years, so mine were expired by a couple of years. He suggested that I could get them re-certified but, seeing rows of brand-new ones, I opted to replace them. No problem leaving the old ones for recycling. He filled them quickly, showed me a couple of safety tips, and I paid right there in the parking lot. Took all of 10 minutes total. Definitely recommend this UHaul for safe, knowlegeable, certified and fast propane tank service.”
“With my luck my regular spot wasn't able to swap my tanks and got lucky with finding XXX Propane. The older gentleman or the younger kid both of them are super friendly. They work fast and their prices are very fair.i will keep coming back to refill my tanks! Thank you”
“Logan was very helpful and nice . He was very professional with everything. He was able to help us out with hitching the trailer onto the truck and did it pretty fast . I don’t comment a lot on things like this but Logan has very excellent customer service .”
“Great company. Andy is the best he always gets our house propane tanks filled in a crunch when in emergency and has us on schedule which is convenient for us. Very friendly staff and honest. Would recommend for home delivery.”
“Great experience.
I pulled up with my RV. I’ve not even parked and 2 workers came to me, guide me to the propane filling station, fill her up immediately.”
“Manager and team were very kind and helpful. Our booking was messed up but it was addressed quickly. Truck did the job we needed it for. I recommend this location.”
“Low cost, excellent location and great guys to work with! We have two smokers, a turkey fryer, and a BBQ/Outdoor kitchen and RV - we use lots of propane and we make the drive from Thousand Oaks to buy here. There is NO better place - call for a price per gallon quote and compare!”
“As I need to get emergency gas asap I had no choice but to stop by this location. As you can see all the gas pumps are open. They both focus on regular gas and even diesel. They are some pumps just focused on diesel especially for the truck drivers this is a good location for you guys. As for me I got regular gas. And they also have the stuff for you to clean your car if needed. It is a small location btw.
When paying cash

$5.19 plus gas
$5.25 diesel gas
$5.39 supreme gas

“amazing experience! i had a really nice clerk, who was very helpful and sweet, informed me of everything up front and even complimented my name. a huge contrast from the horrific experience i had at the western ave location in koreatown.
the clerk told me there as well that they have the option of changing mobile pick up to counter, so she did that and i was able to pay in person and go on about my way. i don’t remember her name but she was a little older, and a total sweetheart. i will use this location from now on !”
“I’ve rented U-Hauls from this location several times, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is always polite, professional, and genuinely helpful.
I’ve even seen the staff take the time to help customers who weren’t familiar with the app or needed assistance making a reservation on their phones. That level of customer service really stands out.
The place is always clean, and the entire lot is well maintained, especially considering it’s a very busy location on a major intersection.
Congratulations to the manager and the entire crew for consistently doing a great job. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location.”
“TJ and Leonard were really cool. They have plenty of trucks to choose from. Great location. This is my Go-to UHaul because of their speed, professionalism and price.”

“Shelby (Obama location) is a breath of fresh air. So so polite, accommodating, thoughtful. There was a senior citizen ahead of me and Shelby went out of her way not just to assist her with her mobile chair, but made sure to walk with her to her car to make sure she was ok. On top of that she was very attentive and proactive with my rental needs/questions. Answered every question with a detailed explanation. Very calm demeanor, welcoming, and well spoken. What a wonderful human being. It’s rare that you get this type of costumer service anywhere. Shelby truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much Shelby. Keep it up! You are a GEM!”
“Why not it called U-Haulywood? Haha. If you say that pay me a dollar. Any way. I rented a truck here it was smooth it was easy it was everything you wanted it to be. Summight say the people there are really great and kind. I agree. They were really easy to work with and nice to me. OH ALSO I left my wallet in the truck I’m such a big mess they called me they said hey lil girl we got your lil girl wallet. Just kidding they were professional. I’m not a lil girl it’s not an insult I’m just not a girl. Picked it up happy-as-a-clam. My computer told me to get a 15-footer I did and yep it was cheap and easy and also wasn’t big enough for all of my stuff to fit into it. Not a dig on the truck he did allllll he could bless his heart I just had to much stuff. Any way much love and thanks for my wallet. Recommend here for getting a truck for sure :D”
“I think the people working there are great and do a good job of taking care of clients' needs. Raphael helped me get a truck on short notice and worked with me to get my needs met. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service.”
“Fix your reservation system. When I reserve through the app i write my credit card details then take a picture of my DL and everything that is ask on the app. I take the time to do it. Only to get to the location and do it ALL AGAIN. Pointless. Waste of time for me and your personnel too. Probably this comment will be pointless as well. Just wasting my time again.”

“All you need to know for mobile pick up is to make sure your location services is on - on your phone. I didn’t know this, but they told me at the counter and I remembered it for the drop off process and it was very easy. The app asks you to take a few photos and submit them and it is easy. The van was roomy and is powerful driving up hills, good on gas too. Thank you”
