“Great storage. Most reasonable prices between NYC and LA. I needed a unit for an art show emergency and ended up using it for four years. Even though I could not always pay on time, I did pay within the month if I was late and the managers always worked with me via courteous contact, and did not ever spam me with phone or email messages. In person service and lock service was very friendly. Clean space. No crazy rules. I am grateful for their workers and help.”

While our belongings arrived safely and intact, the experience was definitely overshadowed by the lead packer’s attitude. He was unprofessional, rude, and made the start of our move quite stressful and frustrating.
Thankfully, the two helpers were professional and efficient, which helped smooth things out in the end.”
