“We're so fortunate to have such a great independent shoe store in Montrose! Lots of selection. I needed to get some long lasting shoes that could be nicer-casual and a solid walking shoe that didn't look like sneakers. I found both here. I told the salesperson about my needs and trouble I have with shoes and she made the best recommendations. I was in and out with 2 new pairs in under 40 minutes. Perfect place to shop local and get amazing service.”

I ordered a jacket for my husband over a week ago from Glendale mall it was at the Northridge mall to be shipped to the Glendale Galleria it had been a week and I hadn't received an email like I was told . I didn't have any tracking information I just know I gave them my money and it was almost time for us to leave I called champs in the Glendale Galleria and Miss Cat went out of her way and she found my husband's order in the back I'm not even upset that no one called I'm glad that she took the time to find it !!!! go Cat I really appreciate you and I really appreciate your customer service you have a very nice sweet voice over the phone and great customer service . thank you again so much CHAMPS is lucky to have you . thanks again. “Mathew helped me on Monday and was so helpful and attentive! I have some foot issues that can make finding a comfortable shoe difficult, but Mathew was super knowledgeable about all the shoes in the store and helped to figure out what would be right for me. He was also really patient as I tried on a bunch of different shoes to get to the best fit. It’s just really rare to get that much individualized care at a retail store and I really appreciated it :)”
“Great shout out and kudos to the great service from Jenna, manager over at the Cotton on in Glendale In short, there's been obviously a big scramble for the Barbie clothes and my daughters and wife wanted these Barbie shirts, but it was only one left and it was on the mannequin, and she happily got it for me so we were very happy. However, my other daughter and wife wanted shirt too and there's nothing left online and she went and found one at the cotton on store in the Santa Anita mall called over there as the manager had it put on hold and was really excellent. On the other side, we had a terrible time at the cotton on in Santa Anita. That's not her fault. We really appreciate her taking the time and making the extra effort. Jenna should be acknowledged for her excellent care.”
“My wife wanted to stop by here when we were inside Glendale galleria to look at shoes for her work. She'll be on her feet during her 12 hour shift at the hospital so she was looking for something comfortable. When we walked inside the store they didn't have any guest so the 2 workers were very helpful to us. They brought my wife different shoes to try on and answered all her questions. She decided to get 2 different shoes, one for work and one for going out. She also got the shoe cleaner here as well since the price was good and the worker told her how to use them. We were very happy with our time inside the store and the customer service we received.”
“I have been going there since 2011. They have amazing customer service and can do the impossible. I had a pair of Saint Laurent shoes that the heel was damaged and they were able to get it fixed. I trust them with all my designer shoes. For designer shoes, it might take more then 3-4 days to get the shoes back, but for an amazing job, what is an extra 2 days?”
“OK I have been shopping all day trying to find the perfect outfit finally I ended up in kids foot locker at the Glendale Galleria yes I am an adult and I found what I needed for my self and what I did not fine Cindy at the kids footlocker was beyond helpful she sold me what I got out of there . what didn't have, she told me other footlockers to go to she even let me know that champs belongs to footlocker I could not find my receipt she was happy to tell me how to go back to one of their sister store to get a copy she was just so nice and I'm going on vacation and I am a bundle of nerves footlocker should be happy that They have an employee like her she was professional and so genuine she made me feel so much better she calmed me down you need any help go to kids foot locker Glendale Galleria and see Cindy she is a sweetheart and with the way the world is now we need more people in the service industry like her and fortunately we still don't have them so go Cindy!!!! And again thank you very much she made a lot of sales were footlocker as I bought something from all 3 ft.² locker in the Glendale Galleria that day which is today lol”

“This is a relatively large shop for young fashion and urban street wear.Very friendly and helpful salespeople, whether in the store or at the checkout. The prices seemed reasonable to us and there were a few special offers. The shop was tidy and clean. We got a changing room without any problem.”
“My wife and I stopped by this Steve Madden store yesterday so she can look at their shoes. They have some nice collection in the store and my wife found the one she like. She also looked elsewhere to compare prices and saw that another store had it for a little cheaper so she asked if they price match which they said they didn't. So she decided not to buy the shoe here but the customer service was great with the lady working yesterday.”
