Shannon does such a great job with the kids. Its a great place for kids to learn about fitness.

This place was exactly what I needed for my son to start being active... we did the camps all summer long- they got my son moving and loving every single minute- the coaches are amazing, fun and caring! They even offer classes throughout the year!!

Amazing place for kids to exercise. Shannon and Jackie are amazing coaches and the kids love going.
