Terrible customer service. Going to UPS or Fedex from now on. Waited in line for 30 plus minutes, and then wouldn’t allow me to borrow a pen.

We arrived ten minutes early for our 2pm appointment. We were called back at 3:45pm to wait in the processing room. We were finally done at 4:25pm. When it was our turn to go to the desk we had all of our paperwork ready, we already had photocopies of our identification ready and guess what? It only took us 5 minutes. Don’t be upset with the staff at the post office because they can process people very quickly if THEY come prepared. One guy came in just before we were leaving and had not even gotten let alone filled out the paperwork for he and his child. That is what takes so long, so if you want a quick turn around make sure to do your part by coming prepared.

We arrived 10 minutes early for our 12 pm passport appointment, and we’ve now been waiting over 45 minutes with no end in sight. Everyone around us—many with scheduled appointments—is equally frustrated.
The process is completely disorganized. People take time off work or show up with overtired, feral children expecting some semblance of structure. Instead, we’re all crammed into a crowded space with zero communication and no indication of when—if ever—we’ll be seen. If appointments aren’t going to be honored, why bother offering them at all?

This is the absolute worst post office I’ve ever been to! They are extremely slow and I mean SLOWWWWW. Mind you, they have staff here, I’m not even sure what takes them so long. A lady was wiping her station down and she saw the line was extremely long and still no sense of urgency. Like what is the resolution here ?!???!! And if you park, guaranteed you will get a ticket because of the length of time you will spend here. Absolutely ridiculous !!

Pregnant and waiting about an hour after my appointment still in line currently. Only 2 desks and the people who are working look about ready for retirement and moving as slow as the sloth at the DMV in Zootopia. They also denied me access to the restroom since it was employees only and usually I would understand but again I’m pregnant and it’s illegal to deny a pregnant women access to any restroom.

We’re here at the USPS for a passport review appointment with my 1-year-old. It’s been over 50 minutes, and we’re still waiting in line — with an appointment. Everyone else here is also waiting for a long time, many of them with appointments as well.
This is completely unacceptable, especially when people take time off work or bring small children expecting an organized process. Someone needs to fix this mess. Appointments should be honored properly, or what’s the point of scheduling them at all?

🚨 Terrible experience at this post office! 🚨
On March 12th at 8:35 AM, my husband, newborn, and I arrived at 313 E BROADWAY, GLENDALE, CA 91205 for our 8:45 AM passport appointment, booked over a week in advance.
🚫 No accessibility: My husband had to carry the stroller upstairs twice because the indoor passage was blocked and the entrance lacked a ramp.
⏳ Appointments mean nothing: Inside, we found 30+ people already waiting, many without appointments. No one provided information, and at 9:05 AM, our name was called last.
👶 No priority for infants: When I asked about accommodations for newborns, I was told there are none.
❌ We had to leave without submitting the passport application due to the endless wait time.
📢 Why offer appointments if they don’t guarantee service? Why force parents with infants and people with disabilities to struggle for access? This disorganized system is unacceptable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited for more than an hour in line for passport renewal service nobody attended me. Finally A lady came out the door and I asked her what I can do since it was my first time, here she pointed to the other workers. I Went over there and they was some old Asian lady that doesn't speak English too good I had a hard time hearing her. I asked her what I could do to get my passport renewed she said to go to the self service machine and that didn't help me at all. I went back to the line just for this man to attend Me and he said to also go back to the self service machine even though he knew I couldn't use it. I asked him another question and he said he didn't know. My question is if you work here what do you mean you do not know!!??! Horrible service and will not be returning. Hire people who are bilingual and some people who don't move like sloths.

Gloria is an unqualified employee, she was rude to me with a smile and said if the letter is returned to you, it is your problem. I ask the management to send her for retraining in etiquette and communication with people.
