My daughter and I have a very bad experience in this store. I had so many bags in my hands and suddenly my bags slipped out of my hand so I put my hand bag on top of some pants on the table. One of the worker started yelling at me to not leave my belonging there when it was just a second with so much attitude. I apologized and took my hand bag and we went to other side she followed my daughter and give her a dirty look and cussed at my daughter in russian and then gave her dirty looks. This is not acceptable at all. We left the store immediately. This is not acceptable at all. We spoke with the manager and she said she will have a talk with her. But still this was very disappointing knowing that Zara just hires anyone at their store.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had at Zara. I got there early in the morning and I purchased a blazer and trousers. So I was home trying on my new purchase when I noticed the sensor tag was still on my pants. Unfortunately, I had to drive all the way to Zara and show them my receipt and ask them to remove it which was still inconvenience for me, but I didn’t have any option so I went there and the cashier said that she had to ask the manager about this. The manager came in, absolutely rude, not communicative, no “sorry “, clearly had an attitude issue and she was checking “something “for around 25 minutes making us wait in the line.
She was was on the phone “checking” something and she was very nice to whoever she was talking to and when it was her turn to ask the digital receipt from me she had the rudest behavior as if I forgot to leave the sensor on!
It would have been better if she trained her employees that while checking out the clients not to talk with your coworkers to avoid these kind of mistakes. Anyways, I was waiting for her for 25 minutes to remove the sensor tag and finally without a word, she removed the sensor, gave us the product back and that’s all.
No apologies, no communication. What a trashy service. I mean if she is that bad why do I expect her employees to be good enough to remove the sensors and not give the customers hard time !

I’ve never felt the need to write a negative review until now. The manager was so incredibly rude to me. I tried to make a return on an item i did not wear and still had the tags on and was in original condition and he wouldn’t let me make the return. Him and the coworker that was with him were so rude to me and made me feel humiliated in the middle of the store. Ive shopped at zara a ton but it makes me never want to shop here again. Absolutely despicable that management thinks they can act that way.

Very Disappointing Customer Service
I tried to return an item within the 30-day period and showed both receipts, but was told rudely that it wasn’t possible. The cashier and the manager, Osher, offered no help or solution.
I’ve been a loyal Zara customer for years, mostly shopping online, and this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I hope Zara addresses this to improve customer care.

Terrible service. The manager I dealt with today was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. English isn’t my first language, and when she didn’t understand me, she made a face and looked at me like I was stupid. It felt like discrimination, and I left feeling disrespected and hurt. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I won’t be returning.

The male employee with glasses is very rude. When I paid, this guy made a mistake with the price so I went back and waited for 50 minutes to correct the price, but he didn't say sorry or anything and he was making an impression. I hope you train employees properly.

Dysfunctional and disappointing.staff has the etiquette of a sweatshop boss. Trying on clothes here is like entering a time warp.Be prepared to lose hours of your life just to find some OK clothes.
Not worth my time.

Today at Zara, I was casually looking through a random rack of clothes. It wasn’t labeled in any way to suggest I shouldn’t touch it. Suddenly, a short Chinese lady with a bob cut aggressively cut me off, stood right in front of me, and said, “Do you want something from this rack?” I politely said, “Yes, please, thank you,” and reached to grab an item.
Out of nowhere, she threw her hands up in the air really fast and, with a major attitude, yelled, “It’s all over the store!” I was confused and asked, “It’s all over the store?” trying to understand what she meant. She screamed back, even louder and meaner, “YEAH! The clothes you’re looking at are all over the store!” Her tone was unnecessarily aggressive and rude.
I understood the point she was trying to make — but her attitude was completely uncalled for. Shocked, I just said, “Okay, thank you,” and walked away. Honestly, if she didn’t want anyone touching that rack, maybe they should have labeled it properly. Disgusting attitude, disgusting behavior.
But at the end of the day, I didn’t let her disrespect ruin my manners.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced three times in a row the first time the staff are being really rude the second time as I was checking out and one of the staff members was telling me to hurry up and the third time as I'm in the dressing room they kicked me out 5 minutes before closing and didn't even let me finish proofing and pay for the items. This is by far the worst store I've ever been in the worst customer service I have ever received three times in a row. Shame on you.

You have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is unprofessional, especially the woman with slightly darker skin the worst employee I’ve ever encountered. I’m never coming back to this Zara again. This is by far the worst Zara in all of Los Angeles.
