horrible experience with their line, which was 1 person at register for purchase and returnsthen, once purchased, the security guy stopped me at the door with another woman, insulting me by questioning, "Did I pay for the shirt that I'm wearing. even tho I bought it from zara 2 years ago.. so how else did I enter the store? with naked body? I will def call to report this behavior. train your f staff

Horrible experience at Zara in Glendale. Manager and associate are just plain rude and unprofessional. I came in to return an item I purchased 1 week ago and they denied my return over half an inch stain that I did not cause. What kind of customer service is that? The women manager even LIED TO ME that she smelled cologne so it must me already worn! Even though I had my receipt and tags on it. Horrible customer service, I hope no one else gets treated the way I did.

Terrible experience regarding customer service witnessed today.Employee's literally laughing in someone's face regarding their appearance. Manager (Arat) was made aware and did nothing but laugh herself once customer's back was turned. (Clark) was the name of the employee I could see.I don't make it a point to get involved in drama but it's sad to see the behavior of some people

Never visited a Zara store previously. The men's department offers somewhat generic fashion geared for mostly the young though the quality of what they sell is subpar.

This store is nice but I have only bought once there. It's a little expensive for people who are trying to save money. They do have good sales or clearances but I just can never find anything I like only that one time and that was in Hawaii.

It was my first time entering Zara and i will admit i left very satisfied so much so i have to leave this review for a worker that left me speechless Alejandra she deserves a raise ! She assisted and helped me find exactly what i needed she knew exactly where everything was and she was very respectful and such a great listener will be returning for sure! I will be recommending this Amazing Store to my Friends and Family

This is a nice Zara and one of the girls on the floor was super helpful finding me something I was looking for but the girl who rang me up ruined the whole experience for me. The girl at the register (maybe named Brenda since she had that name on her necklace) was so rude. I wanted to do an even exchange for a different size and she said I couldn't do that. What store doesn't allow you to exchange something for a different size? I've shopped at Zara enough to be aware of their return/exchange policies. Zara is one of my favorite stores but man sometimes the service is lacking. The Glendale location though does have a lot of stock, even sale items.

This place has some of the worst customer service ever. Everyone is smug with no communication skills. Management is no where to be found. I would absolutely fire everyone here and replace the staff entirely starting with whoever is the hiring manager and store manager.

Glendale Zara provides subpar customer service. The checkout process can be time-consuming, often taking around 30 minutes. Additionally, the countertops are consistently found to be in a state of disrepair, exhibiting dirt and dust accumulation.

Came here to return a pair of pants and was waiting in the wrong line because I didn't see the return and exchanges sign. Whalen a retail worker asked me if I was paying cash or card I told him I'm returning and didn't mention the return line at all, making me re wait in a new line.Poor communication and poor service all around. They don't get paid enough to care, they're lucky the clothes sell themselves lol

This Zara is by far the worst Zara I have ever shopped at and I have shopped at Zara online and all over the world. Today I had the displeasure of interacting with the manager of this Zara, who is extremely unhelpful, rude and seems to have no sense of customer service. Now I can tell why this location is such a mess compared to others like Pasadena or Santa Monica. Here’s what happened- I didn’t receive a confirmation email on a pair of jeans I ordered online so I waited in line for 30 minutes to exchange the jeans for the same pair in a larger size. I didn’t receive an email receipt on my jeans but I did receive a text with my tracking number and order confirmation. The manager refused to even look at it and told me I need to call customer service after waiting half hour in line. I am familiar with Zara’s return policy, so I asked if I can instead exchange the pants for a bigger size. They told me the jeans are out of stock AS I WAS PLACING AN ORDER FOR THE SAME JEANS ON MY PHONE. She then insisted that I didn’t purchase the jeans online even though I provided her with an order confirmation and the text message from Zara with the tracking info and all that. So after much frustration and going back and fourth, I said where did I pull it out of then, my behind? And she walked away lol. I asked the manager for her name and she said they don’t give out names due to California law. Unbelievable how paying customers get pushed to this point of frustration, especially after spending $200 and waiting 30 minutes in line. I also want to add that every time I come here, there are many many unhappy and frustrated customers, not like any other location. I wish corporate would do better and reevaluate the management they have working at such a high traffic location, they would make a lot more money.

I would give this location zero*if I could. I returned with gift receipt they didn't have a store credit available, and then made me to choose the same amount of merchandise so that I can return my items.. in the end the difference was under $10. They waited for the manager for 10 minutes questioning me on my return before she gave me $10 money back when if they can't provide with store credit they have to give you cash back. every single time something is wrong with the store line is terrible. Customer service is terrible. I wish they had opened a location in Burbank so that I don't have to come here.
