“Camping at G Bonelli and decided to ride our bikes to Ace. When we finished shopping I noticed a large staple in my hub tire. With a flat tire I googled bike shop near me. We pumped up the tire and rode the two minutes to E Bike. We were greeted warmly and immediately took us in and solved all my problems. They had a tube for me then installed the tube at a reasonable price. Very nice and knowledgeable staff.”

“I lost the bolt that holds the shift cable to my derailleur. I went to a couple bike shops but they didn't have the correct bolt and could only offer me a whole new derailleur as replacement. I knew the bolt was something I wouldn't find at a hardware store so I gave Stans Bike Shop a try since I was in Azusa for other business. The gentleman working in the front of the store found a replacement immediately. It was only a few bucks. I was going to pay with my ATM or credit card because I didn't have any cash on me at that time. The guy told me the fees alone to use their machine were going to raise the price of the bolt to around ten dollars. I told him I'd check my cup holder in the truck for spare change but I only had around $2 dollars in there. He told me that was ok and added the difference from his own pocket! I was ready to come back another day or try somewhere else. That was a very nice thing to do. They now have a customer for life just because that simple gesture in great customer service. Thanks again to the guy who helped me today.”

“In Oct 2020 I bought my Trek FX2 here and was completely satisfied with the shopping experience. Low key sales and clear answers to all my questions. I’m a happy rider.
Now it’s Oct 2024 and Bicycle Central has been a great support over the last four years with cycling supplies and maintenance, so now I’m ready for my first e-bike. I have questions so I return to the shop for some answers. As I enter the store, Phil greets me and takes the time to understand my needs, and answer all my questions. He also offers me a test ride on a Trek Dual Sport 2+. After taking the bike out for a ride in the large parking lot behind the store, I’m convinced I’ve found the right bike for me! I return two weeks later and finalize the sale with Adam. He is very helpful in placing the order for my new Trek, and after it arrives, he assists with seat adjustments and accessories. The staff at Bicycle Central has been great and now I’m equipped for more cycling adventures!”
