“I have purchased 4 e-bikes from this shop as were knowledgeable about their excellent high quality bikes and helped me with my choices and answered all my questions and never felt rushed and the e-bikes that I took home have been excellent quality and lots of fun to ride and get outdoors,The staff is always welcoming and open to talk about bikes and new ones coming soon and the guys like Eddie and Tito and Scott along with Hector and his brother George are a pleasure to talk to and I know I can come in anytime if I need a little tune up or something they’ll help if not too busy, I highly recommend this establishment,Vincent 😊.”

“I went to incycle for service on my road bike. I was advised I couldn't help me because of the proprietary seat clamp that I had. After I left, Holly (customer service rep) did research with the bike company and found there was a fix. To my surprise, I received a phone call afterwards telling me to come back in and they could get my bike repaired. A huge thanks to Holly and the mechanic for going the extra mile to make it all work.”

“Jerry went above and beyond to get my bike back into shape after it had been severely compromised from falling over behind my RV. It was drug along and he saved it. Thanks to Sue as well. Great folks to work with at Pedego Upland. Thank you. Kurt.”

“I have a Go Trax CTI Series E Bike. My issue is that my rear bike brake metal cable needed to be tightened, and my front bike brake cable needed to be replaced, it looked like it was going to snap. Vic is very professional and friendly. He is very clear about the prices and services. (~4% Card Charge, Bring Cash) And worked fast. He took about an hour to fix my bike. It costed me ~$45 (New Front Brake Cable, Adjustment of Rear Brake Cable, Inspection, Fast Turnaround). Overall, Vic is a great guy and a person that you can trust with your bike that need repairs. Not to mention, the plentiful of great used/new bikes. 5/5 Stars”

“I've bought 2 bicycles from them across 15 years or so, the most recent being an E-bike. They have been great at every step, and when the E-bike starting giving me issues they were very helpful with the warranty repairs, even helping me ship the bike back to the manufacturer. Eventually manufacturer gave me a current model bike, and I've had 0 issues. I love having a local shop I can ride to to get service, ask questions, and buy supplies. Amazon is fine and all, but sometimes doing things in person is better.”

“Recently moved to the area. Just had my mountain bike serviced. Had some shifting issues in which they were able to diagnose and fix quickly. I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes! The shop has everything you need and is clean and well kept. More importantly the staff was competent and kind. I'll be a returning customer for sure.”

“I took my vintage mountain bike to BikeFix. I had the gear shifters replaced with NOS. Also replaced my tires. Finished it off with a tune-up. The bike rides like it’s brand new! I am happy with the services provided. The cost was fair too! I recommend this bike shop with a 5 star rating! 👍”

He is also genuinely one of the most kind human beings you will ever come across. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does, highly recommend him, he is worth the wait!”

“Working with Kasen has been a genuine pleasure. Bob, in the office, has been such an agreeable person to work with that it made buying my Ranger a truely positive experience. This is my first e bike. Yesterday was the first time I ever rode one and taking off in power setting three I felt like Hercules. What a rush. I intend to ride in the lower power settings because I really want to get the most exercise possible. I had to stop riding my mountain bike mostly because at the tender age of seventy four I could no longer navigate the hills in my mountainous paradise. This wonderful bike is putting me right back in the game, and I am so grateful.”

“Highly recommend. Dale was very helpful and generous with his time. I got the sense he has this shop purely for fun and selffulfillment, as he certainly didn't care about trying to charge some crazy amount for everything like we've experienced at other bike shops. He troubleshooted and fixed an issue with our bike for free.He definitely has a personality, and it shows, and that's part of the appeal.”
