“Camping at G Bonelli and decided to ride our bikes to Ace. When we finished shopping I noticed a large staple in my hub tire. With a flat tire I googled bike shop near me. We pumped up the tire and rode the two minutes to E Bike. We were greeted warmly and immediately took us in and solved all my problems. They had a tube for me then installed the tube at a reasonable price. Very nice and knowledgeable staff.”

I informed the manager of this and he accommodated me and had my flat fix next.
I truly appreciated the kind gesture. The repair person was very knowledgeable. He adjusted my gears upon request.

“I have a Go Trax CTI Series E Bike. My issue is that my rear bike brake metal cable needed to be tightened, and my front bike brake cable needed to be replaced, it looked like it was going to snap. Vic is very professional and friendly. He is very clear about the prices and services. (~4% Card Charge, Bring Cash) And worked fast. He took about an hour to fix my bike. It costed me ~$45 (New Front Brake Cable, Adjustment of Rear Brake Cable, Inspection, Fast Turnaround). Overall, Vic is a great guy and a person that you can trust with your bike that need repairs. Not to mention, the plentiful of great used/new bikes. 5/5 Stars”

Bike fits aren't exactly formulaic; Andrew's years of experience & attention to detail set him apart. Who would you rather trust with your knees that are going to grind out hundreds of miles, your local bike shop or a dedicated fitter? Can't recommend him enough, he doesn't money gouge and honestly should charge more for services. I had follow up questions about adjustments for my new cranks & he gave me follow up advice and wanted updates, this was all AFTER the fit. Simply the best!”
