“I ordered notebooks from the Daiso website and realized too late I ordered/received the wrong item. There wasn't time for me to order the correct item (100 of them) and I couldn't secure enough at stores around our area. These were for an event at the university where I work. When I reached out to Nancy at the San Dimas store, she took it on herself to try her best to get me the correct items from the warehouse. Between her and Madeline (at the warehouse), they were able to arrange a next day delivery from the warehouse to the store. I picked them up and the new student activity went off "without a hitch." I felt their service was out of the ordinary. I am thankful.”

“Can't expect much from a dollar tree for great quality items, however it does have household items that are use daily that are disposable and cheap. Nice location with plenty of free parking and friendly cashier. Also has a restroom and everything cost about $1.25, so not really a dollar, but still cheaper than most places.”

“Just left this store, mind you it was a bit chaotic with everyone scrambling for Christmas gifts and so many great deals. I felt compelled to acknowledge a very helpful young associate named Emmanuel. It was amazing how calm, friendly and courteous he was to every single customer that was ready to checkout. Everyone. Whoever hired him made a great decision because he is exceptional in his role. I also wanted to acknowledge the other associates although I don't know their names BUT one of them said a friendly "welcome" when I first walked in. “Costco deals at a highly reduced rate. If you're looking for discounted items or seasonal stuff that has left the stores, this is the spot. Since they do not have a reoccurring supply, you have to buy when they have an item. Store kept very clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly. I went on a Saturday and the open time showed 11 am but there was already a line at 10:30. I recommend arriving early and being prepared for long lines if you arrive late.”

Especially, when items are hidden between the front and back, instead of between shelves. The girl at the register, with glasses, was also delightful. The crew seemed to have an upbeat mood, likely because summer has been gearing up to be fully upon us, resonating with the shiny produce. Store is always very clean, items are well displayed and the variety is just so great, got 2 loaves of bread, pita bread and blueberry bagels also got my great smelling Fabuloso.”
