After picking up my car, I was charged almost $80 for an oil change. It wasn't even synthetic oil and was told by Ford that the oil filter wasn't even changed. Learned my lesson, and will be going to a dealership from now on. Only good thing was they "washed" my car. Advantage Ford does it too and better.
