“Honestly the reviews scared me so bad, but I just went here today and it was very easy to check in. Although, be mindful to make an appointment by calling their number. You enter the building and make a left and go all the way down. You sign in with an electronic device. I got there 15 minutes in advance and got called minutes after I checked in. Only thing I wish was possible is being able to talk to a human on the phone beforehand. They have their number but only gives automated responses. Andrea was a great phlebotomist and I barely even felt the needle going in. Good job overall keep it up :)”
