“Clinlab has calibrated and maintained our pipettes for more than 20 years now. Their service can't be beat they come right to our lab, do the calibrations on site, sticker our pipettes, and provide full calibration reports that are required per our quality system. We are in Long Beach and they will come down from San Dimas to our lab account for all of our pipettes get them calibrated and even refurbished on the spot.”
“I might be only twelve years of age and never got needles in my knees for Stem Cells but I come to this place almost everyday and everytime I come past the lobby and I see all their employee's working - I can tell they're working really hard. Everyone is at work for about 8 hours a day and another 4 hours at home. I never stop hearing the phone ringer go off! It's none stop. - This is also a multi-language business which is awesome! I sometimes help my mom with very small things like : cleaning up the offices or writing down her agenda on the whiteboard. I'm very limited right now for doing this stuff because I am currently doing many sports. - but so far... this place saves lives and will continue its great works. Thanks for letting me say my opinion.”

“As long as you have an appointment, your experience will be efficient. The staff always ask before they call the next in line if anyone has questions in the waiting room and seem patient and helpful to those who are not understanding the kiosk setup. Once you’re in all the staff I’ve ever dealt with are friendly, professional, and are some of the better phlebotomists by whom I’ve ever had my blood drawn. I tend to bruise, but not after my visits here. I always demand my docs cut my lab prescriptions to Quest so I can make an appointment at this location.”

“In my area I have other options than Quest but always insist my doctor sends me to Quest. Getting an appointment online is easy and their website is user friendly. The check in via the machine is easy. With an appointment there is really no wait time. The phlebotomists are professional and curteous.”

“Went in as a walk in and I was attended in a very timely manner. I checked in at the Kiosk and waited for my name to be called. Provided my paperwork and insurance card. Phlebotomist tech was very kind and helpful. I barely felt the needle poke. The whole process was roughly 45mis if anything, maybe less. I highly recommend this location if lab work is needed.”

“Just went there for my drug test. Wasn't that busy thankfully and whole process took about 30 mins overall for me. Receptionist was very nice and so was the gentleman who actually handled everything once I was called in. If it was in bad shape a couple years ago I see no evidence of it now so it seems the facility has improved.”

“During my recent visit for a shot, I was thankful for the patience amongst the nurses. Her approach made a significant difference in easing my anxiety about the procedure. She was able to read my emotions and helped me remain relaxed throughout the process of receiving my shots. The nurse picked up on how nervous I was and responded in a gentle way to make sure that I was less anxious throughout my shot. What impressed me the most was how she didn’t rush things at all even though there was a long line in the waiting room. She took her time and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’ve had shots before where the nurse just wanted to get it over quickly and that made me more anxious but this time, the nurse really took it step by step. Throughout the whole process, I felt respected and cared for which is something I usually never experience when taking shots. I left the appointment feeling relieved and the nurse’s patience and positive attitude really taught me the importance of what is needed by professionals in healthcare. They are the ones that can change a stressful experience into a positive one.”

“This Sub Lab--I had a very positive experience. All the staff greeted me and explained the entire process. People that keep complaining about this place but they keep coming back.
Management is to blame for this place to be understaffed and staff being over worked to the maximum. Staff is pushing to the limit like a machine and patients don't see this. The two female Phlebotomists are very experienced and one poke does the job. Before this place is even open there is usually a long line of people waiting.
They are receiving over 150 clients per day; a tall order, comparing to other Sun Lab locations.
This place is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm - so please be considerate and come early and so that they can rest and refuel.”

“No one likes to have blood draw. But this was the best experience I’ve ever had. NO PAIN AT ALL. Didn’t feel a thing. And usually I am very scared of needles. Fast service and the lady is so sweet. IF YOU WANT TO AVOID CONFUSION INSIST ON YOUR DOCTOR GIVING YOU THE PHYSICAL COPY OF THE BLOOD WORK DOCUMENT INSTEAD OF SENDING IT OVER. I had an email from my my doctor and I printed it out, and she was glad I was prepared and it makes things easier for you and the lab. I don’t live near here but will continue to come here. I’ve had other places in the past bruise me like crazy. So I’m very happy that it was so quick and painless and actually didn’t feel a thing. Walk in no appointment. Finished quickly. Maybe the trick is to come after 11 because most people need to fast and come early. I am fasting but I don’t mind to be a little hungry”
