“Over the past two months I have been dealing with an extreme the difficult situation, my oldest son has been showing up after school late with strong smell of pot on clothes. I purchased a 10 panel Drug test kit back in January and found it very easy to use and plus it accurate. I confirm with the lab and it’s both the same result.I made my second purchase in the beginning of April it was on Oral cube device 10 panel with alcohol and it also was good accurate. This is a mother’s difficult time review.”

Their service can't be beat they come right to our lab, do the calibrations on site, sticker our pipettes, and provide full calibration reports that are required per our quality system. We are in Long Beach and they will come down from San Dimas to our lab account for all of our pipettes get them calibrated and even refurbished on the spot.”

“I might be only twelve years of age and never got needles in my knees for Stem Cells but I come to this place almost everyday and everytime I come past the lobby and I see all their employee's working - I can tell they're working really hard. Everyone is at work for about 8 hours a day and another 4 hours at home. I never stop hearing the phone ringer go off! It's none stop. - This is also a multi-language business which is awesome! I sometimes help my mom with very small things like : cleaning up the offices or writing down her agenda on the whiteboard. I'm very limited right now for doing this stuff because I am currently doing many sports. - but so far... this place saves lives and will continue its great works. Thanks for letting me say my opinion.”

The in-house service is wonderful For me easy simple in and out Always very Cordial. I would highly recommend this service for your PCP to Utilize. “The phlebotomist, Christina H. is truly an angel (she was literally an answer to my prayer as we were driving to LabCorp). The patient is my 77 year old special needs brother, who also has Parkinson’s Disease, which causes a tremor (so a moving target for anyone attempting to draw blood), AND, his veins are typically difficult to hit. Additionally, he has had some traumatic lab draw attempts, which causes him to be more anxious about having to have any blood work done. At one doctor’s office a few years ago, the nurse tried unsuccessfully three times, and then it took the doctor two more attempts before he got the blood sample. Recently, at a different doctor’s office, the nurse tried twice unsuccessfully, my brother fainted, threw up when he came to, and threw up again as soon as we got home. So it is against this backdrop that Christina H. came into my brother’s world. I filled her in privately about some of my brother’s history, and his special needs before she called his name. She was very kind, and treated him with dignity and respect. He asked her if she is a Dodger’s fan, and she said, “Yes!,” so he felt like he was in friendly territory, which helped him to relax a little in her presence. Most importantly, Christina’s technique was absolute perfection, which was captured by the confused look on my brother’s face when we told him she got his vein on the first try. He was perplexed because he said he didn’t feel the sting, and she wasn’t needing to move the needle around under his skin to try to get the blood to flow. When Christina was done, she pointed out to my brother that she was wrapping his bandage in “Dodger’s Blue,” which delighted my brother. The relief in all of this as an advocate for my brother brought me to tears. My brother has had to endure so much. Having Christina H. treat my brother with such compassionate professionalism AND to have her be a “sharp shooter” who made this blood draw his easiest ever is absolutely priceless! Thank you from the bottoms of both of our hearts. Needless to say, the next time my brother needs blood work done, we will return to LabCorp in San Dimas, and we will request Christina H. Because of this experience, I think that my brother will not only NOT be anxious going into his next blood draw, he will probably be looking forward to getting to return to see Christina H again!”

“I had an overnight procedure done here, and was very anxious and skeptical about going. Right from the start, nurse Kristine made me comfortable. She was able to calm my nerves and because of her kindness and understanding, I was actually able to fall asleep. Kristine went above and beyond for not only me, but for the 3 of us that were there. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and explains everything. She is very patient and honestly, if it wasnt for her, I prob would not have stayed for the whole study. The whole experience was interesting, to say the least, but I couldnt have done it of she wasnt my nurse.”

“During my recent visit for a shot, I was thankful for the patience amongst the nurses. Her approach made a significant difference in easing my anxiety about the procedure. She was able to read my emotions and helped me remain relaxed throughout the process of receiving my shots. The nurse picked up on how nervous I was and responded in a gentle way to make sure that I was less anxious throughout my shot. What impressed me the most was how she didn’t rush things at all even though there was a long line in the waiting room. She took her time and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’ve had shots before where the nurse just wanted to get it over quickly and that made me more anxious but this time, the nurse really took it step by step. Throughout the whole process, I felt respected and cared for which is something I usually never experience when taking shots. I left the appointment feeling relieved and the nurse’s patience and positive attitude really taught me the importance of what is needed by professionals in healthcare. They are the ones that can change a stressful experience into a positive one.”

“When you need lab work done ASAP, this location is the place to go! I was trying to make an appointment for routine blood testing. There were no appts for 1 1/2 weeks! I decided to take a chance and just walk in. When I arrived at 7:30am when it opened, I had 4 people in line in front of me and it happened that all the machines to check in were down!! The staff was very professional and handled the paperwork manually. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called back. The technician, Angel, that drew my blood was very efficient and friendly. He explained there use to be another lab open in San Gabriel but since it has closed, they are even busier! He had a very nice personality! He did not even hurt when he inserted the needle! I have had other technicians that really hurt!! I was able to get out of there within 45 minutes without an appt. I was so relieved to have my blood work done before my doctor appointment in a couple weeks! Thank you again Angel!! You did a great job!”

“I had a great experience here. I had an appointment and checked in when I parked, which there were plenty of spots available. I waited in my car until I received the text message to come inside. When I arrived inside my name was called shortly after, and I was able to email the lab my insurance ID card since I don’t have a hard copy. The ladies at the desk were both very friendly and helpful. I think I heard them say they were short staffed, and these women were both the phlebotomists. Their names were Leticia and Sandy. I interacted with both of them and they were so kind and helpful. Sandy drew my blood and was so sweet! I will definitely return to this lab for future labwork! Thanks for the positive experience!”

“This Sub Lab--I had a very positive experience. All the staff greeted me and explained the entire process. People that keep complaining about this place but they keep coming back.

Management is to blame for this place to be understaffed and staff being over worked to the maximum. Staff is pushing to the limit like a machine and patients don't see this. The two female Phlebotomists are very experienced and one poke does the job. Before this place is even open there is usually a long line of people waiting.

They are receiving over 150 clients per day; a tall order, comparing to other Sun Lab locations.

This place is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm - so please be considerate and come early and so that they can rest and refuel.”
