βthe guy is super nice and super detailed with his explanations, patient and helps you every step of the way. the lady running the store was a little rude, i asked her if my phone got thicker and she just laughed me off saying itβs impossible; i called the guy later and he told me it did in fact get thicker due to the part. i have no issue with the replacement part or the fact that it got thicker, i just feel like the ladyβs responses towards my questions were slightly condescending and unprecedented?β

βCricket is a mobile phone company. The Chinese name is cricket, and cricket is a sport. Cricket has many branches. The Cricket branch I often go to is located on the south side of Nogales No. 1015 in Rowland Heights. The service attitude of every staff member is very good and they are very patient. There are many cheap phone plans to choose from. I didnβt know that the monthly mobile phone bill at home is very high. Since I chose this store, every month It has saved a lot of money for my family. Now we have bought a 4-line package for our family of 4. It is cost-effective and cheap, and the data is unlimited. Friends who are not using mobile phone packages to pay are welcome to come to this store and you will definitely be happy. very satisfied! ?β

βWow, what can I say about this company, not only is it fast and reliable, but when you walk into the shop, the way you feel comfortable knowing that all your transactions are safe and secure.
I have done extensive transactions and bought multiple accessories that last a long time, and every thing is high end and very useful.
Both Derrick and Gabriel are straight to the point and make sure that you are getting the best service possible.
One thing I was suppressed that the shop did was offer other services and other plans that are very affordable and are really the best fit, just recently I needed to get some internet for my small room, and I was so frustrated and upset that the priced for a service are so expensive!!!
But here is where this shop comes into place, I usually visit the shop and strike up a conversation with either Derrick or Gabriel, and as soon as you walk in, you see a sign (pictured below β¬οΈ) for a program where they find you affordable internet, and after some consideration and some talking, I now have great working internet for a cheap price,
all thanks to Derrick for a referral.

Carlos was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable while helping us set up with my sonβs new iPhone He got everything transferred over and working perfectly before we left. Victor gave me a great package deal for out of country phone usage and fixed some issues on my husbandβs phone. Both Carlos and Victor are extremely knowledgeable , helpful, and professional! βGreat price on my iPhone13! But make sure you remember to write down or ask for your PIN number. I forgot mine and now, Metro tells me that I need to travel back to the same Metro store I originally signed up at (which is far from me now) and reset my PIN there specifically.β

βI had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.β
βThe people there are super nice and chill, they replaced my daughters iPhone screen. It was cheap and quick. Made us feel so welcomed. I would advise everyone to come. They treat you with respectβ
βYeah the person that helped me was fast courteous and knowledgeable my phone got ran over by semi truck and I was with in an hour I already had a new one working I was able to use my maps and downloaded everything when I got home even my apps are downloaded my phone's exactly the way my old phone was all the apps but the only thing is I got a better phone better camera and way betterβ
