“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They helped coordinate a move from California to Idaho for me and were incredibly helpful and patient. The local team in California put up with me as I rescheduled my move 4 separate times due to changing circumstances. Melissa, Veronica, and Dennie were all incredibly patient and accommodating the entire time, and never made me feel bad for rescheduling and having a million questions. We used their crate services for our move and they were forthcoming with the price from the get go and even helped save me money on cost when our dates shifted. I really appreciated the transparency and personality through the whole process. I did research for about 1.5 years before I actually moved and ended up hiring Atlas Moving and Storage. I learned that hiring one of the top five major van lines that are regulated was the best way to go because scheduling/delivery is both accurate and speedy. I received friendly customer service and correct information was given throughout the process.

If I would have chosen a company that offered the low pricing, the final price would have ended up the same price or more with damages that I may not have been reimbursed for. Also, my stuff would have gone all over the place before reaching the final destination, taking weeks longer and I did not want to pull my hair out. Container Pods are over rated because there is no service, therefore if you are not able to load and unload yourself, you will need to pay someone to do it. In the end, you pay for what you get, including breakage, especially if not loaded correctly.

I stored with Tom through Pasadena Moving and Storage from February 2025 to May 2025 since I did not have a permanent address in South Carolina and then Tom coordinated the move to my new residence. Storing in Los Angeles was the best route otherwise I would have been on my own finding a place to store in South Carolina and arranging the move from storage to new home.

Working with Tom and his contacts with Atlas was a breeze and really took the anxiety out of moving. Atlas driver and delivered was wonderful to work with.

“Eastern Van Lines was amazing! We recently moved our fulfillment center from a 8000 square foot warehouse to a 15000 square foot warehouse.Over three days, they moved approximately 1000 boxes, cut down our pallet racks and moved them, 16 large shelves that were filled with inventory, 40 rolling racks, 10 large rolling desks, and a very large and cumbersome packaging table as well as countless other miscellaneous stray products and furniture.All was moved with no issue and they moved everything in the exact order as we needed them to. Upon delivery to the new space they also put things exactly where they should go which enabled us to not miss one day of fulfillment for our customers.While the listed things may seem like things any mover would do, this is my third time moving to a larger space and I can say hands down that Eastern Van Lines made my moving experience so easy I would actually say it was pleasant!!”

We had: The Torii gimlet, excellent (want to go back just for that) Honey blonde beer (my husband liked that) Vintner's reserve Bordeaux (very good and smooth) Croquettes, very good, fun to try Herbed Cesar salad, which was very tasty, (not your usual Cesar, worth a try) the bourbon salmon which was excellent, (Need to go back for that again) The only downside for us was we were seated next to the bathroom when it looked like there was other seating available through our time and we had made a reservation. We didn't care for the loud music at the dinner hour, it made it hard to talk. Otherwise we enjoyed our food and drinks very much and would go again.”
