Checked in and there so happen to be another person with my name that didn't check in. I had to then re check in. By the time I recheck in already 6 people checked in. The employee knew that there was two check ins. They didn't bother to be aware. Very disappointed this is why I don't work with people who don't have costumer service.

A salesman talked to my elderly mother during the day. While sometimes lonely, she still has her wits, and said she was explicit that she did not want to sign up for anything until talking over offers with one of her sons. I visited later that evening and she showed me his business card and the proposed rates. Later that evening she received an e-mail congratulating her on the new Internet service. I immediately texted the salesperson who said he would cancel the order. He didn't. They sent the hardware within a couple of weeks, which I drove over to their store. The woman who processed the return could not be less thrilled. Three years ago, I thought about signing my mother up for Spectrum after my father had passed. I asked the saleswoman if there were any additional fees. She insisted that of course there were no other fees. Then the e-mail came: There was a $50 installation fee. I cancelled. They have good rates, but shady sales practices.

Garbage company, garbage employees. I was in the area to drop off my cable box. I waited 30 plus mins for an employee to finish his chit chat with a "customer". When they finally finished, the employee tells me they don't accept it at this location. Worst company ever.

Well it wasn't a very good experience and the only reason why I don't have any one else is because I can go to the store and figure it out? Luis was the manager and one other person was the only employees there so I didn't sign in cause it wasn't working and then the manager came over and said it's working now? I was next in line if he called my name I didn't hear him call it so he calls two other people who next on the list and I said what about me and he said he called my name? So I walked over to get help from the manager and he asked for my name on the account and my ID? And I told him that was the first time I got asked for it? And yes I will be going to yelp to write something about the Glendora store!!

Horrible company and this store has really bad service. I moved to Frontier and they are robbing me of $125 because they refuse to pro-rate ONE DAY of service. I turned in the equipment and was told I'd get a full refund on the balance on my account. Instead, they did NOTHING and charged me for a month of service. These people are criminals and the internet access was never that good. Glad we moved to Frontier.

I went in to return equipment, which went fine, but I also wanted to get printed information about their TV services and a channel line up of each to compare. This was for my 86 year old father who would like to set up service. I was told they do not carry this information in their stores. What?? I was told I would need to print it out myself. I explained that I had tried to, but I was unable to print it out. The rep did not seem to care or provide assistance. I walked out letting him know, thanks for nothing.What service center does not provide printed information for the products they offer, especially for seniors who may not be computer literate.

Fast service. The team member was very knowledgeable and fixed whatever was wrong with my phone. At first, I thought the problem was I forgot to pay my bill! That was not the case. Thank goodness. ?

The customer service is amazing at the Spectrum in Glendora. You are greeted right away and instructed to check in at the kiosk. We sat and waited our tern and Rene took it from there. With his excellent knowledge of the equipment we used and the best way to optimize my husbands gaming experience I have never been happier. I can't thank him enough for helping us out. Thank you spectrum for training and retaining such great team members.

I recently made the switch to frontier, and I couldn't be more relieved. From the very beginning, Spectrum's customer service representatives showed a complete disregard for basic courtesy and professionalism. Their lack of knowledge and expertise was evident during every interaction, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Whenever I called Spectrum's customer service hotline, I was met with long wait times, only to be transferred to different departments without any explanation. It seemed as though no one took responsibility for addressing my issues, and I was often left feeling ignored and unimportant. Moreover, the overall communication from Spectrum's representatives was severely lacking. I received conflicting information regarding my service plans and pricing on multiple occasions. It was as if they couldn't keep track of their own offers and promotions, leading to confusion and uncertainty in an already frustrating process. In contrast, since I switched to Fios, I have experienced a world of difference. Their customer service representatives are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in addressing my concerns. They have a clear understanding of the products and services they offer, which has made all the difference in resolving any issues promptly. Not only has the customer service improved with Fios, but the pricing is also significantly more affordable compared to Spectrum. It baffles me how Spectrum can justify their high rates when their own service is subpar in every aspect. If you're considering cable or internet service in Diamond Bar I highly recommend avoiding Spectrum at all costs. Their atrocious customer service, coupled with their overpriced plans, make them a poor choice. Make the switch to Fios or any other provider that prioritizes customer satisfaction and value for your money.
