Brian Fernandez was the most patient and supportive person I have had employee s not care one iota in Verizon corporate stores was considering another carrier but my hope is restored for 2 days Brian helped me to resolve my issues with my iPhone Excellent service!!!!!

I showed up with an iPhone that wouldn’t get past an error. Apparently, needed its physical SIM removed (customer next to me: having the same service). I would go to this Verizon again
