Walmart Supercenter is a large store at a busy intersection with plenty of parking. The store has surely improved over the years, with a much cleaner parking lot and a feeling of safety. It is a big store with lots of options and fully stocked shelves of everything. Friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service. The store is clean, though restocking can make the aisles crowded and tight, making it difficult to get around with a cart. A ton of items are locked up, which is noted as unfortunate. The business offers many convenient services. Customers can order fresh groceries online with no mark-ups and the same low prices as in-store. Walmart+ members get free same-day delivery and can order as often as they want for free. Pickup is free, with Express Pickup available for a low fee. SNAP EBT cards are accepted. Shoppers can choose a pickup time, and trained associates hand-pick the groceries. Using the app, customers can check in, and associates will bring the groceries to the car and load them. The auto center also provides great customer service for needs like fixing a flat tire. Many customers recommend the store and plan to return.

Fred in electronics helped me today. Bump this guy up he provided excellent customer service and he’s clearly ready for the next step in his career. He handled the interaction so smoothly it was equivalent to white glove service. And if no one’s recognized it, I wanted to make sure that he knew that.

I love the Walmart in Glendora California... it is always neat and tidy. This Walmart does a great job on keeping their shelves stocks, especially with the items I purchase most!
