“I was very impressed with all of the Kohl’s employees this afternoon at this location. I went in around 11am to return something from Amazon and was given a coupon from the friendly gentleman working that area for Kohl’s. Naturally I decided to use said coupon immediately. I haven’t shopped at Kohl’s in about 10 years. The store is organized and well stocked. I want to highlight how the staff handled a problematic situation with grace. While waiting to check out in line another customer ahead of me became irate and started yelling at the ladies up front and cursing at them that they needed to move faster. He was yelling profanities and being aggressive. The staff remained calm. Another customer stepped in to get him to stop and said for him to stop cussing out the staff and just wait. Eventually I was greeted by some Sophora employees who were very friendly. They said “hi guys would you like to come check out with us there are no lines in Sophora and no fights”. (Which I loved! De-escalation at its finest) As I was walking to Sophora I noticed that a manager had successfully escorted the irate customer out. Kimberly (I hope that’s her name!) from Sophora was the sweetest! She even got me to sign up for the Kohl’s rewards program and I got a birthday freebie from Sophora for signing up! Extremely well rounded and professional staff at this location. I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks for your help Kimberly it definitely made my day. I hope upper management will read this and applaud the excellence of your staff members today.”

“Stopped by today to do some shopping and I love how stocked the store is. I went in during peak hours and the cashiers were all in a happy mood, greeting and announcing the donations people were making. They were all in a cheerful mood even though they were busy and tired. You don't find that often in stores. Customer service has died over the past years. But not here. Nope. You bet I'll be coming back again. HomeGoods, please treat those employees to lunch or a bonus because they made the long line go by fast, all while smiling and giving customers a positive attitude. Happy that I spent +$170 here today!”
