“I want to especially thank Liz in the front office and all the crew at Caliber Collision. My dad took his Toyota Tundra into Caliber in April 2025. In between the process of repairing his Tundra, my father became ill and was in and out of the hospital, unable to get back to Caliber to request a change in part of a repair/concern he had. “If you're looking for a HONEST, upfront, skilled autobody shop to repair your car, go see Carlos at Mix and Match Bumper Repair. Most autobody shops are not much different than Auto Dealerships - they a la carte ya with add-on costs and upgrades.... basically, they rip you off. The minute you meet Carlos and discuss your vehicle, you know he's a straight shooter. A man on integrity who is proud of his business, his skill and puts it all on the line to serve his customers.
My son is out of the country and asked me to sell his car... which had a damaged front bumper. Carlos looked at the damage and gave several options: 1. Repair and paint. 2. Replace w/new bumper and paint. 3. Replace w/used bumper and paint.

The fastest and best priced was to order a new bumper... which Carlos did for me that day. He got it that day and painted it. A cpl days later, I dropped the car off, Carlos drove me to Starbucks, and 1.5 hours later he picked me up. Got to his shop and Viola! It looked better than the rest of the car. Looks fantastic!
The price was great (more than fair). Much cheaper than the estimates from a cpl large shops. Quality is as good as it gets. Quick... and along the way, I met an amazing person, a skilled craftsman (rare indeed), and a family man. A doting grandfather. Checked all the boxes for me. You won't be disappointed! “J&J Body Shop is the kind of business that is rare in today's economy. They are genuinely nice people, honest, and sincerely caring about their customers. My experience today with J&J has left me feeling great, happy, and lucky to have chosen to interact with them.

I had a mishap last night in a parking lot that left two parts of my right front fender separated by several inches. There wasn't much damage to the metal, but it definitely couldn't be left the way it was. I drove to J&J without an appointment, and Nick came out to check it out. He told me that it could be put back together, and they could try to buff out the scrapes as much as possible. It would take an hour and be about $250. He told me that as an alternative, they could get new pieces and completely reconstruct the fender for about $1,400. Nick and I agreed that the more expensive option didn't make sense for my 2019 Santa Fe. He had someone who could work on it if I wanted to wait in the waiting room for an hour.

Soon after Nick took the car inside, he came out to the waiting room to tell me it wasn't going to take as long as he first thought, so it would be closer to $200. Since I had prepared myself for the higher amount, that sounded great.

15 minutes later, Nick came out to tell me they were able to get it done quickly, the car was outside, and there would be no charge. No charge! I was ready to spend $250, yet this amazing company decided that for what they had to do, there would be no charge. And the repair they did looks terrific! You really have to look up close to see anything at all. Who does that?

To say that I highly recommend J&J for any and all body work is an understatement. Their talent, their honesty, and their integrity is hard to find in the business world. I will be telling all my friends and family about J&J, and I can tell you that if you ever need their services, you don't have to look any further than J&J in Roseville.”

“Took my car here to get the back bumper repaired along with a few other little things, Tony was great and so was Marla. They kept me in the loop with everything. Tony told me when to expect an update call from him which he followed through on. This was my first experience with a collision center and I was very happy with it because I wasn't sure what to expect and everyone was very friendly and my car looks great. I took my car in Wednesday evening and it was ready the following week Wednesday morning, I was expecting it to take a few days longer so I was very happy about that. “If your car is in need of auto body work, do yourself (and your car!) a favor and bring it to Auernig. I took my vehicle to the shop after my car was struck in an accident and felt cared for and informed during every step of the repair process.

Rob and team were generous with their time and clearly laid out what I could expect from repairs. Did I ask a ton of question? You bet I did. Did Rob patiently answer every one of those inquires? Yes, yes he did. I’m no car expert, but I walked away knowing exactly what the team would be doing, what they’d look out for, and trusted that my best interests and safety were top of mind.
