“Alma at the front desk was outstandingly friendly when helping my sister and I out. We went in to fix the bumper of her car, which was done quickly and affordably. Definitely coming back here to get my car fixed now that I’ve seen the pricing.”
“I had a great experience with Bob’s Body Shop in Carmichael. Everyone was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I especially want to give a shoutout to Mike — he was incredibly helpful, communicative, and made sure I understood what was going on throughout the repair process. He really went above and beyond and made the experience a lot less stressful. I’d definitely recommend Bob’s Body Shop to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.”
“The best Collison place i have ever been to. Honest, professional and great work! They get 5☆☆☆☆☆ from me. Told me when my car was gonna be done and they delivered earlier than expected. But far the best price compared to all the bigger collision places.
The owner Eric really understands what I was going through. He assured me I was going to be taken care of and he was completely right. My car was hit damaged pretty bad from getting T-boned. You can not even tell I was ever hit. The body is straight as an arrow and the color is completely and exactly the same as factory.
Overall I'm so happy with the outcome. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you so much guys ??”
“I insisted on sending my car here to Ken after I was in an accident. Ken's level of service and concern has been unmatched. Even with the supply chain delays, and issues with the insurance company, he made sure I stayed in my rental car, and longer than what the insurance company would like. Great service, quality work, honest people; and it's family operated!”

“Update from 2026 for my car repair. I also had repairs done by Caliber Collision in 2025. Wow, wow, wow! First off, a shout-out to Liz; she is, without a doubt, a rock star as a Caliber Collision Claim Handler (Fair Oaks Caliber Collision Office). Caliber Collision Claim Handler Liz did an amazing job keeping me updated and aware of everything going on with my car being repaired and brought back to like-new status! Liz was kind, helpful, and overall just an absolute rock star! Thank you so much for making me whole again and for being fast, efficient, and professional! Caliber Collision came through for me. I highly recommend them! I will always go to them for my car's body work, and when you need your car repaired with excellent staff and atmosphere, Caliber Collision is the place to go!”
