“Small clinic with great attention. We did our immigration medical examination here and the staff was friendly and fast giving us the necessary information on each step. After completing the blood works and vaccines we got to see the doctor, He was friendly and respectful on the examination, also efficient reviewing our information and completing the required form.”

“I have been using the Prairie City, Folsom location for 3 years now; prior to relocating back to California, I utilized locations located in Tucson, Arizona. It has been my experience that the staff at the Quest Diagnostic locations in both locations have invariably been as professional as they have been courteous. The staff at the Prairie City, Folsom location is especially so. Given the seemingly low level of public discourse today where courtesy is not always returned, this is pretty amazing.
Update: My comments above still stand. Quest technicians perform an important task and that fact should not be taken for granted.”
“The quest in rsvl is you best bet if you have trouble having blood taken. And a young man named Jaden was wonderful, he helped me and was very accommodating. I'm a recovering addict. “4/28/25 I was there about 7:00am as a walk in because my appointment scheduled on 30th. I thought I may wait a few hours and then they say they don’t have any open time, but the young lady working there kindly call me in after 40min and took care of my case.

“I had an appointment and arrived early, checking in right away. The wait time was minimal (about 10 minutes.). The phlebotomist, Jonathan, was very skilled, kind and friendly. It is a pleasure having your blood drawn here by a true professional.”
“I'm an environmental professional by trade and did some asbestos analysis on my own home. MicroTest was professional and cooperative, lower priced than their nearby competitors, and even got my results earlier than the required turnaround time. Highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed more analysis.”

“My recent visit to this LabCorp location was just fantastic! Nicole was incredibly helpful and had such a wonderful way with patients. She was quick and painless. It was a complete turnaround from my experience at another LabCorp, which was the opposite of everything positive I just mentioned. I wholeheartedly recommend this specific location, especially if Nicole is there! ?”

“I didn't have a appointment but was taken in at this location with a bit of a wait. I must say that it was only because of Madison who checked because there was a glitch in their system and the standby screen system was inoperable at the time of my visit because of the first phlebotomist I contacted was less than helpful I couldn't give a five star rating but Madison made up for the lack of care given by the first phlebotomist I encountered.

“My 10 month old unfortunately needed her blood drawn today and the two phlebotomists were so incredibly kind and sweet. They helped us both through the process even with my baby screaming and thrashing like an alligator. I’m really glad they were the ones to take her blood even though it was traumatizing for all of us. They did a great job and helped put me at ease as a nervous first time mom.”

“Here's what you need to know about Quest Diagnostics: They have convenient locations, so try to find the closest to you and schedule early in the week, early in the day, and arrive early to check in. Usually, you'll get in quickly, but sometimes the wait can get longer, especially later in the day or week. The staff is skilled and trying their best to be helpful, so gratitude and patience goes a long way. They know you (probably) don't want to be there and try to get you in and out asap. Overall, our visits have been positive, but we've went in with a positive attitude too, and sometimes that makes all the difference in stressful situations!”

“I've had my blood drawn here many times, and even though I am a tough stick, the phlebotomists here do a superb job. The wait is usually not very long (I never have an appointment, but that obviously helps), but there are definitely some peak times when I have waited up to 45 minutes.”
