“What a great place. I actually shopped here several years ago and now I had items to consign. Steve made an offer on all of the small things and it was very fair. He also was interested in consigning some furniture that I had. I didn't have a way to bring them in, so his staff came out in the company truck. They loaded all 7 pieces, they worked so hard and never stopped for 2 hours straight. Super friendly staff in the store also, Roxanne was a delight! What a wonderful hidden gem of a shop. Lots of unique items and collectibles. Thank You Steve!!”

“I want to thank Ken from Big O Tires in Roseville. I had oil change and other service completed at Big O in a different state. The next day I noticed oil on garage floor. I called Big O and was told it was probably just excess oil. I drove through 4 states and noticed oil on driveway. I took my vehicle to Big O in Roseville and explained the issue. I did not have an appt but Ken made the time to fit me in. During my oil change the drain plug was not tightened all the way and gasket was not replaced, they reused the existing gasket. Ken and staff changed oil, gasket and made sure drain plug was not loose. No more oil leaks!!! And no additional fees. I will definitely make this location my Big O!! Thank you”
