“This wasn’t my first time visiting this shop but I went in on a Friday afternoon, during a holiday weekend and 30 minutes before their store was closing expecting only need my tires filled with air. They noticed I had a nail in my tire which they offered and were able to repair same day. This shop has amazing customer service and deserves a million thank you’s! This wasn’t my first time visiting and this won’t be my last. Vaughn and his colleagues were all beyond polite and patient. Would recommend coming to this shop for sure.”

“This place was one of the few, rare, trustworthy shops in Sacramento. Too bad the greedy landlord jacked their lease up to a ridiculous amount, forcing them to close. “Had to come here last year when we hit the road in our rv. no one could get us in , but we called don and he got us in same day it took a couple days to fix but only cause it took a while for part to show up! And was really reasonable on his price and the service was great well we are back again for our brakes! Only person up north to give us a reasonable price to do the job so reasonable that I drove 2 hours with no back brakes to go see Don again! Hoping to be back on the road today!!”

“I'm an Oregonian transplant here in California. Originally an Oregon-based company, I grew up with Les Schwab and their great service as a family owned company. However, finding out that they were bought by a bigger company here in California, I was worried that they would lose that culture. I was pleasantly surprised to see and receive the same great service and reasonable pricing that I grew up with. Scott, Cody and another individual here (I wish I could remember his name) were all amazing and attentive. They fixed my issue (very low cost) and I was out so much faster than the time they quoted. I already received a quote for some winter tires and will be giving this Les Schwab my future business.”

“Highly Recommended Quality Tires & Wheel for quick tire patches...My daughter got a flat running over a sharp piece of plastic and needed to be back in SJ in 3 hours. I stopped by Les Schwab, American Tires and Pep Boys. All had a waiting time of over 2 hours. Fortunately to get a referral to Quality Tires. It was quick, quality patch, tested all in about 10 minutes at a very affordable price. When you don't have time to deal with the BS, go to Quality Tires... More shops need to be more agile. I work in engineering and we are expected to be more agile getting more things done in lesser time.... These Tires shops can really change and improve their services with secondary line for quick repairs and services, while the longer repairs are happening... Just my $0.02...Quality Tires & Wheel! #1 in my book.”
