“I rarely write reviews of repair shops since there are many that either don't know what they are doing or just out to make a quick buck off someone. I want to thank Marc and Josh of A Auto Care who took hands on from the beginning to the end. Marc and his team of mechanics is honest and to the point of what is needed to correct the issues on our vehicle. We own a 2013 Mercedes GL550 with 87,000 miles on it. This SUV is the family vehicle and I baby the heck out of this SUV so my loved ones are safe when they are riding it. I purchased a brand new water pump assembly kit and the lower radiator hose and brought it to their shop to have them install it. In the process, Marc pointed out the other worn out plastic tubes that needs to be replaced so I don't encounter more issues that's attached to this brand new water pump and it's done right the first time. I was on a tight budget since the holiday's wiped me out and Marc tried to keep the other parts and additional labor as low as possible to help me out which he did. We love this SUV so it's worth every penny spent as long as I know my family is safe ridding in it. My honest opinion.....IF you want your vehicle repaired right the first time, bring it to this shop. Very honest with great customer service hands down. My family and I thank you all.”

“I was in need of a quick oil change, as we are hitting the road tomorrow in our Class B RV. I found this place and was happy to hear they work on RV engines and mechanisms. When I called to set up the appointment they told me they didn't have any appointments today, but when I told them we hit the road tomorrow Don offered to squeeze me in. When I dropped the vehicle off I told him about an issue I was having with one of the seats. I have tried to fix and diagnose this several times on my own, so I wasn't hopeful that they would have time to review or fix the issue. Lucky for me, the van was ready three hours later and they fixed the seat issue in addition to the oil change! All for a very reasonable cost. I'll definitely go back there.”

“I regret not getting the guys' names but they both provided excellent customer service. I went there on 11/6/23 around 3pm. I was having an issue with a low tire pressure alert. My car was parked in my garage for 2 consecutive weeks. I came home to a dead battery and underinflated tires. I put some air back in all 4 tires, but the TPMS light persisted. I decided to head to America's Tire to see if they can help. The front desk guy came out to explain how the TPMS works in my car, provided a quick tutorial on how to recalibrate it, then offered to have the tires checked to ensure they were inflated correctly. I waited a few minutes for another tire technician to come out to check the tire inflation and the wear. Everything checked out positive and I was on my way and all at no charge! I had bought my tires at a different location and had the same excellent customer service. I was in this area because of work and had hoped I could get this resolved quickly and they delivered!”

I stopped by Les Schwab, American Tires and Pep Boys. All had a waiting time of over 2 hours. Fortunately to get a referral to Quality Tires. It was quick, quality patch, tested all in about 10 minutes at a very affordable price. When you don't have time to deal with the BS, go to Quality Tires... More shops need to be more agile. I work in engineering and we are expected to be more agile getting more things done in lesser time.... These Tires shops can really change and improve their services with secondary line for quick repairs and services, while the longer repairs are happening...
