“I moved into One Mosaic in July with friends from school. We all love living here, it is so close to school, and all the stores are less than a 10min drive away. The apartments are better than anything else you can find in IV, they are clean, simple, and spacious. One of my favorite features of the apartment is that not only do you get your own sink, but the bathroom sinks are actually outside the bathroom so I can still get ready and brush my teeth even if my roommate is in there, which can be a lifesaver if I am late for class. Highly recommend living here if you are a UCSB student and want to live close to campus in a quiet and clean structure.”
“Our Property Manager, Linda, is absolutely amazing!! Linda is Kind, helpful and always has a smile on her face. Edgar and Jared are fantastic. Edgar had been here the entire time and is a continuing bright star.
I feel safe living here and the amenities are top notch. Arrive Los Carneros is clean and thanks to Edgar the grounds are beautiful.
Linda is the best manager we have ever had. 5 stars is not enough.”

“I’m currently at lovely Encina Meadows community tea event that Melissa came up with and Elizabeth executed — it’s absolutely wonderful. This event is just an example of the care that the leasing office staff put into looking after the residents.
As to Encina Meadows in general, it’s beautiful and exceptionally well maintained!
Again, thanks specifically to Elizabeth and Melissa for really taking care of the residents here, building community through events — like this wonderful tea party that makes me feel like I’m in a scene from Bridgerton — and being so responsive to everyone that lives here.”
