I lived at Studio Plaza for 3 years and I had a very pleasant experience. I moved in after graduating UCSB, very affordable and a good first apartment for young adults. The property manager Felipe was very nice and made sure our community stayed clean and safe.

Studio Plaza is a great place to live! The rent is very reasonable, the grounds are well kept and it’s just a hidden gem in IV. The Manager Felipe is also super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this apartment complex!
