I recently had the pleasure of opening a new bank account at BoA, and I must say, Cesar went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I greatly appreciate his dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Kudos to Cesar and the BoA team for their outstanding support!

I’ve only had positive experiences at this bank. Helpful staff geared towards pleasing the customer. A lot of these lower ranked reviews seem to stem from customers who had bad experiences and had to vent. I think it’s hard to work at a bank, and showing some empathy and compassion would go along way instead of tearing them down online.

I've been a customer since 1974. Service is HORRIBLE at any branch. Impossible to make an appt on line, took 25 minutes on the phone. When you get there long lines, disorganized, service is poor. Maybe time for a change.

Not enough employees!Difficult to reach a real person by phone!Have to join on line to make an appointment. Simply want to make an appointment to change the trust info. The Bof A down the street doesn’t have a financial person !!! Need to find a better customer serving bank.

I already complained to customer service,. just writing here too. 2 weeks ago Saturday, had terrible experience, check your camera and see how your so called manager behaves to customer. Hopefully will never ever visit this location. Became like monkey between CS and this office.

I came last week and there was only one teller. The line wasn't that long but there was a man with like $1000 in quarters. I waited 10 minutes then decided it wasn't worth it, I drove to the downtown location where they have 3-4 tellers. Today when I went there were 2 tellers. Yuri was super friendly and helpful. I guess it depends on the time you come. I will say this location is nice because it has a drive thru and it's right next to yogurtland.

I went to the branch on Saturday, September 24th. While waiting in a long line (with only one teller) I cut myself on a manilla envelope I was holding. When it was my turn with the teller, the manager (who had been standing around doing nothing while one employee was working hard to try to get the line down) finally came over to "help" his employee. He took the envelope from the teller and saw so much blood on it that he commented about it to me. I told him that I had cut myself on the envelope. He asked if I wanted the envelope back or could he shred it. I told him he could shred it. He then walked away. Not once did he ask if I was okay. Not once did he offer to get a band-aid. Who does that? Who watches someone bleed and doesn't even offer to get a band-aid? There's nothing BofA can do about this manager. They can send him to customer service training, but they can't teach a male how to be a man and they can't teach an adult how to be a human being. I've been with BofA for around 25 years. I'm now looking for a new bank. I'll wait until I get my paychecks automatically deposited into a different bank and then close out my checking and savings accounts.BofA just sent me a canned response saying they want to know more about what happened. I gave a very detailed response above. If they bothered to read it they would know everything they need to know about my complaint. They also apologized if my experience with the manager was not at the level that I expected. Seriously? They think their manager watching someone bleed from an accident that happened in their business and not offering to give that person a band-aid to stop the bleeding, but instead letting them bleed all over the place, is about my "expectations" rather than their employee failing to act like a human being. WOW. Just WOW.

1 is too high for this institution. They closed for an hour and a half today (11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) for lunch and put a sign on the door saying it was due to "unforeseen circumstances". Merchants and other customers were left outside with no explanation. This was a planned bank closure for lunch. It was confirmed by two employees who sheepishly admitted it. Bank anywhere else, a credit union if possible.

The absolute worst bank in town. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They are SLOW and don't seem to care. They try and up sell you BS programs and are as nice as can be and as soon as you sign up they could care less about you. Everyone from the manager on down is just awful.
