“I was interested in refinancing my mobile home that's coming up in May, and I found out community west was the only one in town that can provide the service for mine that's built before 76 after lots of research. My bank advisor and I both spoke to Will on the phone, and we both agreed Will was knowledgeable, professional and very patient with our questions. When I came in to meet him, he drew out the rate plan and calculated all the numbers for me, including one for my current loan to compare. It was amazing how helpful and willing he was to go out of his way to get my questions answered. He also emailed me some form I might need that's not related to applying for a loan with him and offered further help. What an incredible kind gentleman, and I'll definitely apply with him when I need a loan. Thank you for all the help and advices!”

PS I always thought that there could be problems with accessing cash at credit union ATMs, but there is a vast network of reciprocal credit union ATMs so I can withdraw money anywhere, and when I’m overseas, I can use my ATM debit card to withdraw foreign currency as well. For all your banking needs, please consider your local credit union, but especially this one, because Goleta Golden 1 Credit Union customer service is truly excellent.”

“I have been at customer of the Fairview branch of the US Bank since they opened and I have always been very pleased with the great service and friendly, helpful tellers and employees. There never seems to be a long wait and the tellers handle complicated transactions very quickly. I just have one small complaint , they should reactivate the drive up banking service, Santa Barbara and Goleta have an aging population (including myself) which makes the drive through banking a great option. I have chatted with many customers in the parking lot walking with canes and even walkers who have expressed sorrow that the drive through closed.”
