To provide unsurpassed quality customer service, protect your client/customers investment, ensure floor sales associates maximize profits, increase their commissions, location sales increase and optimization of SOP! Walking out of the store today hands were so slick phone so new when I stoped phone slipped right outta my hand cracked the screen. My faults hands down wish I got a protector! Not blaming anyone but myself. I just see it as an opportunity for sales associates to never let anyone leave without protection use this story as a guide to success in your career in sales and success in selling! “If you’re heading to this Verizon, you HAVE to ask for JOSE. I’ve been a customer for years, and Jose is the absolute gold standard of customer service. He actually helped me set up my account years ago and is still there to this day—that kind of longevity and dedication is unheard of in this industry!
I used to have T-Mobile for a long time, but I’ve officially switched to only having Verizon now because the phone service is superior for this area. While this isn't technically a corporate location, JOSE makes it run better than any corporate store I’ve ever stepped foot in. He is a true exception to the rule.
JOSE set me up with a Verizon Business account a few years back, and his level of professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. He is a patient problem solver who is incredibly informative—he knows exactly how to find the best multi-phone deals and the greatest offers for adding lines, whether you're a new or existing account. He doesn’t just close a sale; he continues to provide me with solutions year after year.

“I was fearing the thought of going to TMobile, the Five Points T Mobile is one of the worst consumer experiences I’ve ever had. But the location on Hollister was really good ! When I got there, a dude named Sean was working. He had 5 or 6 people come through the course of my visit all with very different issues. He greeted everyone, explained the wait time and what was going on and calmly solved each of the problems in a good natured way. It took three times to do the transfer on my old phone to new, and I thought that for sure it wouldn’t work but he patiently tried again and again until it actually worked. Just a great experience.
