“My experience working as an owner/seller with Scott Williams, Mitch Stark and Jazmin Pizzarelli has been nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of a solid year, we sold four properties in Santa Barbara and Ventura – two commercial restaurant buildings and two townhouse developments. Living in TN (as a former Californian), I thought that this was going to be a cumbersome task. I first reached out to Scott Williams to handle the sale of a Santa Barbara restaurant building. This sale went fast and we were able to negotiate for full asking price. When I decided to sell a Ventura restaurant building, Scott brought in Mitch Stark as a seasoned commercial/investment agent for the Ventura area. Following that sale, we moved on to the two townhouse developments in Ventura.
