“My experience working as an owner/seller with Scott Williams, Mitch Stark and Jazmin Pizzarelli has been nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of a solid year, we sold four properties in Santa Barbara and Ventura – two commercial restaurant buildings and two townhouse developments. Living in TN (as a former Californian), I thought that this was going to be a cumbersome task. I first reached out to Scott Williams to handle the sale of a Santa Barbara restaurant building. This sale went fast and we were able to negotiate for full asking price. When I decided to sell a Ventura restaurant building, Scott brought in Mitch Stark as a seasoned commercial/investment agent for the Ventura area. Following that sale, we moved on to the two townhouse developments in Ventura. The Ventura sales were challenging, to say the least, due to a poor market with high interest rates and our extended tenant leases with submarket rents. In the end, everything sold to the right buyers for the right prices. Without belaboring this review, I want to point out that my seller/agent relationship with Scott, Mitch and Jazmin was fantastic! The communication was beyond frequent, professional, and we developed personal relationships along the way. She really tries to work with you to solve issues, and understands we are college students with specific college student needs.Don’t know how there’s such a low rating tbh cuz I always recommend Embarcadero as one of the better landlords around here. Perhaps the previous landlord had issues, but the current one’s definitely changed things since then.”
