Collin was super helpful in finding me the right mask, explaining the differences in fins, and getting me outfitted for all my gear. I had to come back to the shop to get dive booties that fit me so I can have a proper fit in fins. Allison was able to help me the second time and was thorough in explaining the fit and common pros/cons of the fins we were trying. The outdoor retailer plans to open a 100,000-square-foot store in College Station, Texas, in 2028. It'll sit along State Highway 6, north of William D. Fitch Parkway, next to a Costco and in front of the future South College Station baseball and softball complex. On Sept. 24, the College Station City Council approved a $10.84 million sale of 28 acres in a unanimous vote. Bass Pro gets about 14 acres for its store. Dallas-based Corinth Properties will build a mixed-use project with restaurants and an event plaza on the other 14.
