Studio Plaza is a great place to live! The rent is very reasonable, the grounds are well kept and it’s just a hidden gem in IV. The Manager Felipe is also super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

Definitely IVs gem! Lived here for 5 years and I can safely say it is and AMAZING place to live; Felipe and staff have always been super helpful and reliable.
