Long time Wells Fargo customer with some issues. Went to the 3804 State St. branch for help. I met with Mathis McComb who was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Mathis helped me fix what was wrong and get me moving forward. Thanks to Mathis and the staff for helping me through a tough time.

Every banker I’ve interacted with has been extremely friendly, kind and overall extremely pleasant!! They didn’t talk down to me for not understanding instead they took the time to explain it and go above and beyond! I believe I have talked to Kevin and Jose, props to them as they were both wonderful!
