“Every time I have a problem I always go with Andres who works there and he has always helped solve the problem to the best of his ability. When he doesn’t know or have the answer, he goes above and beyond to help or solve it. He’ll give good advice and help you not have to pay so much. When I switched from Metro to Cricket, Andres helped me and he did it very fast and easy to understand.There is another girl there who doesn’t do anything, her name is Espi and she seems to pass all the work to Andres. She seems very lazy at her job as well as not knowing much either. I’ve seen her sit down while helping customers or simply go to the back and stay there for long periods of time. If you must go to Cricket, ask for Andres. He’ll help you no matter how big or small the issue is. He’s super friendly and overall great at his job!”

“Great service. Marco came to my house to clean up a mess left by another installer. He rerouted my Starlink cable under the house and installed the router right where I wanted it. He also removed the old Dish satellite and all the unneeded wires. Good job!”
