“Came in Last week and met with Stacy B. I have been with AT&T for several Yrs. For Internet, Tv, & Cell Service. This was my first time working with Stacy, I was interested in changing my Tv Service. Stacy sat down and gave me all the information for the new DirecTv Internet connection, me not being tech savvy I was very apprehensive about setting up my Tv, but Stacy walked me through Step by Step. Giving me my user Id and password and instructions on how to downloading the app to my smart TV’s. Stacy was very knowledgeable about everything. She is an extreme asset to AT&T!!”

“Went to AT&T because my phone said I had too much garbage and it would shut down. So being a Senior i didn't understand. Went in and right away and a young man named MATT HELPED ME. HE was so nice and friendly. He cleaned my phone and now it's back to normal. Matt was great and I recommend him to everyone. Thanks again Matt!!⁰”

My employer had a new SIM card but I'm miles away. So I stopped by the Salinas Cricket store and Isaac helped me out. Very kind, very understanding and an awesome experience.
