“Cannot recommend this collision center enough. They gave me an excellent price and never tried to tack on random charges or upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They were super transparent the whole process — they explained exactly what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and even showed me everything so I understood what was going on with my car.
As a younger driver out in LA, it can honestly feel intimidating dealing with car stuff sometimes, but they treated me with a lot of respect and patience. I never felt taken advantage of or brushed off. Great customer service, honest work, and overall just really good people. Definitely would recommend.”

“Some stores are amazing, like the 8438 Reseda Blvd store, others dissapoint in their customer service. Bad experience with 6230 Sepulveda Blvd. where I picked up the rental, even though I discussed the need for a ride after renting it from them, and the manager said it wasn't a problem, 2.7 miles away but when I called to let them know my truck was done, they wouldn't drive me to my mechanics, if I dropped it off there, (I don't believe I was talking to the manager) so I went to Reseda, and they were more then happy to drop me at my mechanics”

I receive the car at a location near my home and was able to drop it off at another location near the repair shop. They gave me a ride to my car after returning the rental car. Everyone I spoke with or helped me at the counter was knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy.”

“I met with Adan Flores on 4/27/2026. He was so professional and friendly. I was in a horrible situation where someone hit the back of my car and it was up the street getting repaired. I needed a mini van and he had one! The whole process from start to finish was 20 minutes. It was a horrible day and he streamlined the rental car process making it the brightest part of this whole situation.
Update: We returned the van rental today 5/12/2026. I didn't get the name of the 31 year old male employee but he and Adan offered us a ride to Yoshi's auto body up the street. Thank you! We will definitely be using enterprise again.”
