“Getting into a car accident is honestly a terrible experience, but the team at Western Collision Center made the aftermath so much easier to deal with. From start to finish, my experience working with them was genuinely so great. A huge shoutout to Cleo, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Being without a car for several weeks is stressful, but Cleo went above and beyond to support us the whole time. She was so understanding, kept me updated on every single detail, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Her communication took away so much of the headache. When I finally went to pick up my car, it looked as good as new. Cleo took the time to walk me through the warranty, reassured me that the repairs were done right, and made it clear that if anything came up down the road, I could come straight back to her.
