“If you are going to an Indian wedding, this is the best place in the valley to go to. Huge selection of lehengas, saris, jewelry and everything else you need. The owner is soooo sweet and knows what the latest fashion is and can help you find everything you need. She has a lady who comes on certain days of the week and can do alterations right on the spot. I got a lehenga skirt, crop top, shawl, and jewelry for very reasonable prices. I've never been to an Indian wedding before and I am not too familiar with the culture, so I am so grateful that the owner helped me get everything I needed. This is located in the same shopping center as Ralph's. Plenty of parking in the lot.”

The place is always tidy and so organized. Makes shopping experience pleasant. After I left the store, my watch alerted me that it was being disconnected from my phone. That's when i realized that i left my new phone in the cart.? I went back into the store, and the phone was gone. The two female employees at the counter offered to call my number, and they were able to trace the location of my phone. I'm so grateful that I got my phone back. “Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

Prices are okay, Vans shoes have gotten a little more expensive through the years. There's a sale rack if you're interested in clothes. They don't generally have great Black Friday deals, unless you don't mind perusing older styles that aren't as popular. Staff is cheerful and laidback here. Definitely a lot of culture-fits here. Ample parking in the garage and area around the shopping center. Store is on the second floor.”

“My 12yr old niece adores the Hot Topic near her home in Loma Linda. But the Valencia Town Ctr. location has terrible service. Rude, abrupt, and interrupted... their female clerk thst day was obviously 'being held there against her will'!? She wanted nothing to do with us. Her contempt was palpable!We finally just asked the other gal for assistance with the dressing room and she wasn't much better.My young niece was both hurt and confused as she wanted to spend her allowance along with my gift money on their merchadise. But they seemed more interested in restocking duties than us. The first gal was even upset when my niece needed an shirt size out front of a wall rack hanging on a display hanger. It was out infront of the others. And as it was the only shirt in my niece's size she needed it. But the gal was clearly irritated she wanted that one. I kept thinking "don't you want us to buy anything here?"The lHot Toic location near Loma Linda where my family lives has the best staff!! My family loves them there. Needless to say our special Valencia mall outing was a disappointment for both of us. Just another reason I just do not want to go into shopping malls anymore.Instead of buying what we needed there, we only got a cold shoulder shirt and arm warmers for me niece. As my niece is losing her Mom to advanced pancreatic cancer she really needed a 'win'. Hot topic could have really scored with us that day. Instead, we left upset and mostly empty handed. We won't bother returning. Their staff at the Valencia store obviously don't care either way apparently.☹”

In an era where a bunch of consignment shops are popping up and swiftly going out of business (god knows what happens to the shoes), Equvalence has been solid. They’ve been in the valley for way longer than these tik tok trend shops and the people working here are good folks. I decided to bring a big part of my collection to the store. The owner met me at the store and we went through the items one by one. He even gave me the assurance of seeing his insurance policy protecting my shoes. Their website is easy to navigate as a consigner and every Monday, I get a Zelle payment to my account if I’ve sold something in the prior week. Consignment fees are also very good in the market and they do a great job with social media and displaying your shoes, clothes, and accessories. Looking forward to continued selling with Equvalence”
