“I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”

“I felt out of place in there. The clothes on sale were strange and very expensive. Some always tried to spray perfume on me walking in and out. I am sensitive. A lot of bells and whistles but not much substance. How do these stores make money? Very flashy, loud music.”

Jenny, Debra, and Deavon provided outstanding customer service and truly deserve special recognition for making the shopping experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. They were also very flexible & accommodating with the return policy since I wasn’t fully sure about the sizing of my purchase.
The store itself was spacious, clean, & had a relaxing ambiance that made shopping even better. Thank you again for the excellent service. God bless!”

“I love this place for shorts! I mean, I love all their clothes, I've found quite a few different pieces I like, but I keep coming back for the shorts. I have a small waist, but bigger hips and thighs, and have a hard time finding shorts that fit just right to flatter that, until I started shopping here! In fact, I still have a pair that are my favorite from here that I have owned for 10+ years now, so I guess another great thing is how long they last! And the prices are so reasonable too”
“My wife wanted to stop by this store inside Northridge Fashion Center mall tonight to look at their clothing. We came like an hour before the store close so they weren't busy at all for a Monday night. They had some nice selections of jeans and some tshirts. They also have sunglasses and jewlery near the cashier area. I saw they also carry men cologne and the price are pretty cheap but I didn't really like the smell. There was 1 worker we saw in the store but she was busy folding the clothes so we didn't bother her.”

He came over to help answer questions .Associates like him keep people coming back . Even after mediocre customer service from other employees . He is definitely management material .”
“Went in looking for a dress to wear for a wedding and was found with lots of dresses! Most were a little too fancy for my liking lol Tried on one dress but didn't end up liking it. The fitting rooms were filled with clothes from people leaving in there and one of the doors wouldn't lock”
“It's been years since I came to tillys but my son needed an outfit for a party the next day so we came here. The girls there were great they helped us find a complete outfit for my son. Gave us suggestions which I don't think I needed because I told my son I have great style. But I don't remember how expensive clothes is came out spending over $300 but I guess it was worth it.”

I only entered the store to look around and kill a lunch break but the clothing and fantastic customer service exceeded my expectations, so I purchased a couple items. My experience here was elevated by the outstanding service provided by the helpful manager, Ana. Her knowledge of the products and genuine eagerness to assist made my visit truly enjoyable. Ana went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect clothing items, and her friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. “I came into this store to look at their nursing uniforms for my wife. I was already in the plaza visiting other stores and waiting for my friends to grab lunch at a restrauant across the street. This place is like one of those drift store because it just looks like a warehouse with less lighting but a lot of clothing inside. I looked at some of the nursing pants and shirts for women, the price seem reasonable. I touch the material and it does feel different from the higher quality one. They said it's wrinkles free and such but you won't know until you try it out yourself. The employees were nice to me when I walked inside, they greeted me and let me shop in piece. I look at their jeans and jacket that they have in the store as well but I didn't see anything that grab my interest. I'll come back with my wife if she wants to take a look at their selections.”
