These people are all soooo nice. I was holding a baby in my carrier and 2 large packages and struggling to get through the door and a young man employee came right over to assist me and put the packages down and assured us they would be right with us. So sweet, especially during this busy holiday season. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the young lady with the glasses has always been so efficient and kind!

Been meaning to write this review for the last few months. I've stretched my thumbs, added hydration eye drops, and now I'm ready to type. Anyways... This is my neighborhood UPS and I've probably dropped off over 100+ packages through the years.Great customer service and they're always willing to accommodate whenever I have a request for a box or padding. Gotta give a shout to Sebastian who's been consistently working at this location. Do the neighborhood a favor and give this man a raise.I used to think of USPS first for my shipping needs, but I've gained a lot of respect for UPS over the past few years thanks to this location.

Tl;dr: they stole my Amazon return.I am not trying to let one bad apple, or one bad experience, cloud my overall thoughts but it is hard not to give 1-star based on their (employee) stealing my return.We've only ever used them as an Amazon return drop-off. Never a problem just hand them the return, scan a qr, get a receipt and off you go. The staff has always been pleasant and competent as far as Amazon returns goes.I bought a $250 Netgear wifi router from Amazon. It ended up not fitting my needs so I returned it. That was in March. I kept checking Amazon and it says "we'll issue your refund when we receive your return". When I showed up to the store today to ask what was taking so long, they told me I hadn't dropped off the wifi router. They scanned the Amazon return QR and said their system showed I hadn't brought in the router.Which is a lie. I think it has to do with the type of return. All of my returns have always been reboxed, sealed, return label, etc. This time it was an unboxed return, Amazon said UPS would box it for me.Beware and SAVE YOUR RECEIPT if returning something to Amazon that doesn't have it' packaging. It might just disappear at your expense.

Took two packages this morning in the pouring rain to return. The employee who “helped” me was incredible rude and pushy. She berated me for not having the label and rudely cut me off when I told her I have the Amazon code. She walked away then said “ you have it yet? Oh, you need another code!” While I was retrieving it! The whole thing took less than five minutes but, Really, you can can be courteous, smile or even listen first….

Parking is a challenge, and that is being kind. The UPS Store itself was not bad, but not real personable service. Still it was accommodating. Not super busy. Not a bad place to drop packages.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing and was refused service. If your closing time is 6:30, then that means you close at 6:30. Rude lady, trying to guilt me into accepting service while I was halfway out the door by saying "ok if you wanna ship it we'll ship it". As if I was an inconvenience for making her do her job.

Beware - Amazon returns aren't immediately processed, so don't use this store if you're close to the end of your return window. They process them by shipping in one big box that's not trackable. When I called them to find out why Amazon hadn't received my return 5 days after the morning I dropped it off, the lady I spoke to (whom I think is the owner) was quite rude and told me she had no way of finding or tracking the large box my return might have been shipped in. She told me I had to contact Amazon, and when I asked her about this she just kept angrily saying, "Listen!" and then repeating herself. So far the tracking number on my drop-off receipt still says it hasn't left their store... :/.
