“Anthony Jerez (Tony) took care of our travel trailer that needed warranty work. He was professional and very knowledgeable. There was more than a few items that needed to be taken care. Tony explained the process on how the warranty work is approved by Jayco. Tony kept me updated on the progress with the work on our trailer. We ended up getting the Trailer back much sooner than expected. Tony made sure everything was done correctly before calling me to pick it up. Tony was going on vacation so when I picked it up he wasn't there but another gentleman was there to release it to me ( I don't remember his name unfortunately) this person was very thorough and showed me everything that was done and made sure I was happy. Everything that was done was done very clean , I was very impressed. I will highly recommended this place.”
