βWe recently purchased a Mercedes van from Walterβs Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Riverside, and this was hands down the best dealership experience my husband and I have ever had.
From the very beginning, the transparency and professionalism stood out. Our salesperson, David Alcantar, was absolutely incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and refreshingly laid-back. There was zero pressure at any point, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. David took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and honestly, and he truly listened to what we were looking for instead of trying to push a sale.
Pricing was a huge win for us, especially because we had a trade-in. Not only did they give us the best price on the van, but they also took our trade-in seriously and gave us the best numbers we saw compared to any other dealership. After visiting multiple dealers and feeling discouraged elsewhere, Walterβs was the only place that made us feel like our business truly mattered. Everything was clear, upfront, and transparentβnot just with us, but with every customer we saw being helped.
We also want to specifically recognize the manager, who was incredibly understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to work with us on pricing and trade-in value. He genuinely cared about helping us and about keeping us as long-term customers, which made a huge difference.
Delivery day exceeded expectations as well. Another team member took the time to carefully walk us through the vanβs features, made sure we were completely comfortable before driving off, and didnβt rush us at all. They even took pictures with us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. And yesβthe snacks were amazing, which just added to the overall experience ?
After dealing with several other dealerships that left us frustrated, Walterβs Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Riverside truly knocked it out of the park. David did an outstanding job, the management team was supportive and understanding, and every person we interacted with made us feel valued.

βI searched everywhere in riverside for suspension work for my 2016 Dodge 2500. These guys are the best and honest. Not like other shops that just want to sell items you donβt need. Even Got items needed at no extra cost. They look at everything and they know what they are doing. They test drive to make sure and answered all questions. My truck is done right and drives great st a fair price. Very satisfied.β
βI came to learn about this place from a paintless dent removal guy Iβve used a few times. When I called him about a recent PDR, he said he wasnβt certain he could do the work and recommended this place. Said he had worked there in the past and that Iβd be happy with what they could do. The repair I wanted done was to fix the bottom corner of my driverβs side door that I caught on a gas station post.
I drove over thinking Iβd get an estimate and probably have to set an appointment for another day. I happened to show up near closing time and the ownerβs daughter (working the front desk) took me out to meet her dad, Jim. Jim took a look and said heβd be right back. I guess they werenβt too busy because he came back with the tools necessary and fixed my door in just a few minutes!

While I was there I had the pleasure of speaking with one of Jimβs employees, who also helped out with a bit of touch up paint. He seemed like a genuinely happy employee who jumped right in at an opportunity to help out.
It was a really nice experience and I was very pleased with the job they had done during my short visit. I will definitely come back for other necessary repairs or auto detail needs. Feels like I made a couple of new friends!β

βWe had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Aaron at Kia of Riverside! From the very first text, Aaron was incredibly communicative, kind, and gracious. He took the time to answer all of our questions over the phone and was just as amazing when we met him in person.
Even after we missed our original appointment and he had already gone home for the day, he was so accommodating. He told us to text when we were on our way and made sure to be there for us. That kind of follow-through and genuine care is rare, and we truly appreciated it.
What stood out most is that this is not one of those slime-ball dealerships that play games or use bait-and-switch tactics. Aaron and Jocelyn in the finance department were both straightforward, transparent, and honest from start to finish. They gave us their best deal right out of the gate and still took the time to explore all options with us to make sure we were comfortable.
Jocelyn made the financing process quick, easy, and even fun. She has a great sense of humor and was wonderful with our kids.
Overall, it was the smoothest car-buying experience weβve ever had. Weβre so happy we chose Kia of Riverside for our new 2026 Kia Carnival, and we canβt recommend Aaron and Jocelyn highly enough!β

βI was recently in a vehicle accident and turned to Next Door Neighbor for recommendations on where to get my car repaired. My car is a 2014 Mustang, and I knew the insurance company would likely declare it a total loss. However, I was determined to get her fixed while I dealt with the at-fault driver's insurance.
The initial repair estimate exceeded the car's value, but IE AutoBody & Paint went above and beyond to help me. They sourced a combination of used and new parts to bring the cost down without compromising quality. The paint match was absolutely incredible-it looks flawless! They even managed to fix my seat after the side airbag deployed, which was a big concern for me since the color is so hard to find.
Throughout the process, I was kept updated on the status of my car, and the staff was always attentive and patient, answering all of my (many) questions. Their professional and dedication really stood out.
I'm so happy with the results and would highly recommend IE AutoBody & Paint to my friends and family. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work!β

βThis visit was a big deal for me -- I've been searching for a dependable place to service my car for the past four years. After a negative experience at a previous Mercedes-certified shop -- where it took over a month just to replace a brake line (a job that should realistically take no more than a couple of days) -- I was hesitant to trust another dealership. But I'm truly glad I gave this one a chance. From the moment I arrived, Ross Geiger went above and beyond. His communication was clear, consistent, and professional. He was thorough in explaining the process and set honest expectations from the start. It's rare to find someone committed to delivering a smooth and stress-free experience, and that made a huge difference for me. The actual work -- engine mount replacements and fixing a leaking cylinder with a new seal and O-ring -- was completed within three days, which was incredibly efficient. The car is now running beautifully and finally feels like it's back to how it should be. This is my first Mercedes, so keeping it in top shape really matters to me. I'll absolutely be returning for future service, and I'd like Ross Geiger to be my direct contact moving forward. He's earned my trust, and I'm happy to continue working with someone so dedicated to excellent customer service.
