“This visit was a big deal for me -- I've been searching for a dependable place to service my car for the past four years. After a negative experience at a previous Mercedes-certified shop -- where it took over a month just to replace a brake line (a job that should realistically take no more than a couple of days) -- I was hesitant to trust another dealership. But I'm truly glad I gave this one a chance. From the moment I arrived, Ross Geiger went above and beyond. His communication was clear, consistent, and professional. He was thorough in explaining the process and set honest expectations from the start. It's rare to find someone committed to delivering a smooth and stress-free experience, and that made a huge difference for me. The actual work -- engine mount replacements and fixing a leaking cylinder with a new seal and O-ring -- was completed within three days, which was incredibly efficient. The car is now running beautifully and finally feels like it's back to how it should be. This is my first Mercedes, so keeping it in top shape really matters to me. I'll absolutely be returning for future service, and I'd like Ross Geiger to be my direct contact moving forward. He's earned my trust, and I'm happy to continue working with someone so dedicated to excellent customer service. Thanks again for turning what could have been just another repair into a genuinely positive experience.”

“Stopped by to buy some materials and paint for my VW Bug, and Ramon was able to help me out with any technical questions I had and provided very good advice to a first-time painter. Prices are reasonable and they stock products that are hard to find in-person. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!”

“Ryan you are an angel in our path. Thank you for the information and most of all your good will to help. “My headlights have always sucked, they’ve never been bright enough. I upgraded the light bulbs and no luck. One finally went out due to water damage and decided it was time to get new ones. Javier explained that indeed the lights I had, had a bad rep and the lighting quality was bad. He gave me a few options to choose from and guaranteed I would get more visibility. My grill also happen to break and I asked if he could provide that as well but he said he couldn’t but to feel free to buy it online and they would install it with the lights. He found a couple of loose parts and bolts in that area, he let me know what he found and took care of it, at all as most cost but that’s understandable. Tested them out tonight and the street was perfectly lit up. Gracias Javier quedaron perronas”

If we are unfortunate again we will be back for any and all vehicle repairs. Thanks again!”

“Just got our car back and couldn’t be more impressed! I went and got 3 different quotes and for the amount of work done and stages of paint this place was our choice. Ann the owner was a joy to work with along with her son. She is a no nonsense person and that’s a quality I respect…no games! The car was finished in a timely manner and she even did little repairs for us free of charge. The car looks brand new and couldn’t be happier. So if you don’t want to play games and want quality for affordable prices go talk to Ann or her son. Bonus points if you bring cat toys and cat nip for Felix and the family. Trust me!”
