“Great cuts here, been coming for a while. You can get Japanese A5 at a fair price. However, sometimes they showcase excellent looking cuts in the front of the case and then cut you some steaks off of a separate cut from the back of the case which is much less well marbled or older than what is in the front of the case.”
“Finally a carnicería that is close to home! Today my family and I stopped by and wanted to pick up few meats to try out. We've always wanted to stop by and try out this place since it's close to home. We picked up 3 types of cuts, prime ranchera , tasajo, and costillas . All were very good however the prime tasajo was the winner for us overall:) . For the price I believe we paid was a little under $65 for 5Lb of the cuts but to me it is fairly priced. Inside the carnicería was very clean. That is something I can appreciate because many other carnicerías have looked dirty or had a bad smell which would directly correlate to the quality of the meat. I can let you know Los Portales is not like those carnicerías:) . Also inside the carnicería is like a mini market! I'm glad they carried certain produces that you can pick up right then and there. They pretty much have everything for your Saturday or Sunday family carne asada .The staff inside were really nice and welcoming. One of the lady's over the counter was really sweet. I appreciate her explaining what meats they have. Overall the quality of the meats were very good. Pricing is fair and the location is convenient. Hopefully more IE locals get to try our new favorite Carnicería out soon”

“090/2024 Although I come here sometimes at this Colton location I haven't really wrote a review . Today was an exceptionally exceptional trip to the store. I had a firsthand experience by being welcomed with a free sample of tortilla chips and salsa. Store always clean and merchandise are neatly stocked on shelves. I came at this particular branch for their sale of BARILLA pasta for 4 for $5. On the shelf were only 2 boxes so I was looking for someone to help just when a gentleman in a nice white shirt with necktie came out from one of the check out stand. I think he sensed that I have a question, he was very approachable so I asked him if they had maybe more of the pasta that I needed and he immediately took one of the box and came back with a big box and had 16 in them ! Thanked him so much for his help! I didn't get to see his name tag but saw his poster when I exited, nice job as an outstanding Manager ..thanks again Mr. Garcia! There were more checkout stands open than customers which is so amazing that I was done as quick as I got helped ..”

“Love this place! Ita always clean and staff is always friendly. A few times I've gone they were out of stock on items I needed. Also wished they had a few produce products in stock when they're in season. But no biggie. Not an issue to make a trip to another store to get what I need. “The ambiance is the best around. Surrounding grocery stores don't come close to the 1. Level of cleanliness 2. Kindness of staff and 3. Security guards present in the parking lot. I was actually pleasantly surprised to arrive the day before thanksgiving to find so many items still available and despite the rush, I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Will always be my go-to grocery stop!”
“This is my go-to grocery store for almost all things grocery or just snack cravins, but what makes me rate this location so highly are the staff that I've interacted over the years they are always considerate or share some helpful information about certain products which is extremely clutch when buying food (like the cravin' mozzarella sticks does NOT have marinara sauce). There once was a problem couple of years ago when I bought a pack of cheese that seemed to have go bad before the expiration date and when I called the manager was so quick to help and allow me to get a new pack without any worries and made sure to inspect the rest of the cheese in the section. Shout out Kendall Stater Bros employees!”
“I loved the food every time I’ve eaten here! Produce is always fresh! Large verity of different foods so instead of going to a big grocery store I can just stop in and grab almost anything I need for dinner or little things for the house. Everyone treated me very nice! I’d recommend stopping in and trying their tacos! They have great hand made tortillas. Glad to have found such a good meat market!”
“Came today to get chicken on sale from the meat counter. Dianna assisted me and had a terrific attitude! Dianna was courteous, kind, and provided the very best customer service I have seen in a while at this location. She bagged around $50 worth of chicken for my family into individual packs of 7. Normally, the younger guys working the counter seem angry or unfriendly when helping me and my family even if I repeatedly say thank you , you don't get a response. However, Dianna made this trip to Stater Bros a pleasant one which makes it easier to choose to shop at Staters instead of Ralph's. Thank you Dianna!”

“Of all the Stater Brothers I have been to, this is the cleanest one thus far and I visited to at least 10 locations. When I first moved to the Ranch, I wanted to make sure there was a supermarket close by in the community. Back in 2019, I met the store manager, who was well into 25 years plus with Staters. He greeted everyone who walked thru those doors. He knew just about everyone who came thru that store. Very friendly and gave the big store community service vibe. The produce are always fresh and so were the meats and cuts.I must say that I can depend on this location to provide the best service every day.”

“I have been a loyal Stater Bros. customer for the past several decades. I would like to review Stater Bros. on Limonite and Camino Real in Jurupa Valley as that has been my preferred store for several years. First, I would like to recognize one specific person which would be the store manager. As you arrive to the store, you view his picture outside of the store with that wonderful, friendly smile. It is even better when you arrive in the store and are graced by his calm, pleasant refreshing customer service and amazing attitude. The manager assures that his store is in excellent condition and well stocked. Next, I would like to express how friendly Becky is, who assures that you are able to find everything that you are looking for on your shopping trip. Lastly, I want to express how enticing the produce department always looks. Also, the frozen foods aisle always has the best deals and looks pleasantly filled with ice cream and noveltys. My only concern with the store is that it can us a facelift, maybe a remodel, something that would enhance the store making it look fresh and uplifted. It would be nice to have larger aisles or even a Sushi section like the new Stater Bros. The community loves to come to this store and I believe that a remodel would be necessary to keep up with the newly built Stater Bros. such as off Van Buren as well as to keep up with the newly built shops off of Pyrite that will arrive soon. Overall, my review is to express how much I love shopping at Stater Bros. in Jurupa Valley,”
“093/2024 Located in the Lakeside Plaza, this was the closest Stater Bros from a friend's house. Store clean and shelves stocked up neatly. Went straight to meat department to get some Andouille Sausages. Service was great. None available at the meat section and asked staff and he immediately checked and found some at the back storage. Another 5 star Stater Bros on my list !”
