“They didn't have on the shelf what I wanted . It was closing time and the owner was busy bringing in all the stuff outside but I told him what I wanted and he went into the back and brought out what I wanted .”

“Love this thrift store! Items are fairly priced compared to other thrifts, but I noticed they recently changed or added a new air freshener that smells like pumpkin & cinnamon. I hate to say it but it is WAY too strong. I walked out with a headache and only spent half of the time I would normally spend because I couldn’t put up with such a strong smell. :(
I overheard another costumer also talking about how strong the smell was and how she “felt like she was going to throw up”

Everything else is great! Just wish they would tone it down or just get rid of it. I mean this will all due respect?”

“Nice little thrift store with a decent selection of shoes, lots and lots of scrubs, and some formal attire. Their prices are very affordable (significantly cheaper than the leading thrift stores), and the selection of furniture constantly rotates. I feel as if every few weeks, there are new items on the floor. Great finds at low prices. They have certain hours to donate items in the back. I went once just as they closed and they still took my items. Plesant experience overall!”

“Such a lovely place, everyone was so kind.

I had such a great experience visiting this thrift store! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I especially want to mention the lovely woman who oversees the jewelry section—she was so kind. I complimented her jewelry, and she told me all about how she had gotten most of it for her recent birthday. It was such a sweet moment!

The store had a great selection of just about everything, and the prices were fantastic. I did notice some customers being difficult toward the jewelry lady—not sure why people feel the need to be that way, especially when she was being so helpful and kind. And, they were busy, for me that speaks volumes.

I did pick up a few great pieces to sell at my vintage store, and would have stayed longer if I hadn't had such a long drive ahead of me.

I love the cause this shop supports, and it really shows in the positive vibe of the whole place. I’ll definitely be stopping by again next time I’m in the area!”

“I absolutely LOVE set free. This is an affordable almost give away store. I went to set freeiver 25 years ago. They helped me at a extremely low time. They'll help anyone, that wants to hear the Word of God and leaves the judgment with the only One worthy to judge. They were not about money then and the thrift store will show you they haven't lost that fact about then. Please Abba Father bless then all with You in Jesus Name Amen.
Great place”

“Parking is a challenge but we were lucky someone was leaving as we were coming in. This thrift store is two stories and has so much variety and very organized. It can get crowded but everyone was so polite as your trying to navigate down the aisles. I did not see a dressing room and I asked my daughters, they didn't see one either. But then again, we didn't ask. We found some great items at great prices. All sales final, no returns or exchanges. There was only one skirt that didn't fit my daughter, which was fine, she went next door and gave it to a friend. So win/win! Thank you!”

“This shop is a complete joy. It is setup with love from the volunteers that put in their time to make the store magical. “I appreciate this store for exactly what it is...which I think is the key to enjoying this particular Goodwill location as a shopper. Right off the bat, THIS DOES NOT FEEL NOR OPERATE LIKE MOST GOODWILL STORES DO. It's significantly smaller with a limited selection of items. Every time I've been in there, there's been no furniture/larger items, and the selection of items as a whole is small. An assortment of home decor items and clothing accessories, a wall of books, some clothing racks in the middle. That's pretty much it. That all being said...everything available is very carefully curated and shockingly clean by Goodwill standards. The shelves and books are all color-coordinated, and pretty much everything seems to be in very decent condition. It feels more like a small secondhand boutique than a Goodwill, to be honest. Given the size of the space, I actually appreciate that it's laid out this way. It's easier to find things, and the things that I find are usually of higher quality. If you are trying to make a donation...I, personally, would not do it at this particular location. The thing I like about making donations to most Goodwill stores is the ease of it. I like being able to pull my car up to the side of the building and have an employee take the items without too much fuss. From all of the negative reviews on here, it seems like that isn't really how donations go down at this Goodwill store. I would actually recommend the Colton Avenue location in Redlands for anyone looking to make donations in the area, as that seems to be a store with a more standard donation set-up.”
