“As a Military Combat Veteran who has not only seen the lack of resources or non attainable assistance for those in need but the disrespect for the homeless population. Resources are slim to none. Building Up Lives Foundation was the " only " place to offer Immediate Assistance.The US Vets among many other organizations has tremendously failed all Veterans in need. No housing and no food assistance is an absolute disgrace for those who served their country. Building Up Lives Foundation literally saved my life.”

“One of my favorite thrift stores. I get great deals on yarn, fabric, craft supplies and tennis balls for my dogs. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. After being a shopper for many years, I started fostering and have adopted a hamster and two cats. An all around great organization for a fantastic cause.”

“What a great variety store. This isn't a weekly visit type store, but an occasional visit to see what's new (they have used items but it rotates). They have a bit of everything, and a whole lot of nothing specific. This gives this store an eclectic vibe. You can get a sense of the vibe from the Yelp pics.”

“The store is super clean you walk in and you're greeted by the most beautiful lady with the hello. How are you? If it's half off days she tells you not only that she's an author she's a Christian you walk in the store being blessed and you walk out of the store being blessed everybody just needs to go.”
“I had always driven by this place, but never stoped to go in because it looked like one fo those pricier thrift stores that isn't in my budget. But I decided to just stop by finally, and this place is amazing!!! Super beautiful and quality filled items and clothing for actual good prices! Everything is definitely washed and cleaned before being out on the rack and shelves. Let's just say I got a perfect shaped 4 jar counter set with the spoons attached to all of them for only $12! I also found a few wonderful clothing items. Everything here is reasonably priced and I definitely can't wait to go back! The staff are all sweethearts of course, too! A good perk is that they have a stamp card for every item you purchase which I find so so cool!”

“I didn't even know this place were here!! I was looking for a different store. This place is a gem. Another great thrift store with thrift store prices. Vintage stuff for cheap. The sweet lady had everything separated by characters or theme: vintage coca-Cola, Disneyland stuff, Mickey Mouse and Minnie mouse vintage porcelain figures, cute seasonal decorations from Halloween Easter and Christmas etc. This is stuff that is rare too see now. If your a reseller or a collector definitely a place to look at. I didn't take good pictures or the stores inventory.”

“Nice little thrift store with a decent selection of shoes, lots and lots of scrubs, and some formal attire. Their prices are very affordable (significantly cheaper than the leading thrift stores), and the selection of furniture constantly rotates. I feel as if every few weeks, there are new items on the floor. Great finds at low prices.They have certain hours to donate items in the back. I went once just as they closed and they still took my items. Plesant experience overall!”
“I chose to donate here to Set Free because they are very affordable, almost free, not like “some” of the other well known second hand places that try to get rich off your donations, this place helps the unfortunate, I am greatful to this organization because they fed my brother when he was homeless (he lives with me now)”
“I’m in love with a semi and new store! I seldom actually spend money in a thrift but this store has some of the coolest items.There was an antique all metal fan there for $22.00! Fan enthusiasts know that metal blades are the best.There were all sorts of Knick knacks like wooden masks, clown statues and a beautiful all glass lampshade…(I would charge you $300.00 if I made this for you) but it was for sale here for just $65.00!”

Staff is so wonderful ever last one of them thanks to the lady general manager it must be a delight to be an employee of store. Ask about her ask for her by name her name is Tatiana she's been there for so long she knows what the story's all about and how to service her customers.”

“I love this store so much! It's so welcoming and Lisa, the store owner is always there working so hard and is so sweet. If I'm on the way home and pass by it I will always say hello! Lisa cares about every customer and treats every kid like her own she is a blessing. The store always has cute little selections and so much for a little store. It's definitely one of my favorite places to go to.”
