“At 1 am we had to make the hardest decision, as a pet owner we ever had to make. We knew it was time to take our precious dog in, because we could not let him suffer and wait until the morning for his normal vet to open. We called around and decided to go here. Everyone at this place was great. Our dog could not walk and they brought out a stretcher to wheel him in. Everything was explained to us, step by step on what would happened and we were told we could take as much time as needed to say goodbye. We were taken a beautiful room with nice decor and dim lights. It just made it seem more like home instead of a cold examination room. When they brought out our dog he was still on the stretcher but had been placed over a nice blanket and he had a blanket on him. We took our time saying our goodbyes and no one rushed us. Even the vet talked to him and reassured us for various reasons we already knew we were making the right decision. Obviously, we left heartbroken but happy that the staff was so caring. Two weeks later we received this hand written card from the staff with his name inside. It just a small little token that made our experience here a great one.”
“Walked in having an appointment but result was I didn’t and they never put me on the schedule but they made it work and got my pet to be seen same day and same time to it’s originals arrival .”

“I take my three kitties to Victoria Animal Hospital for their annual exams, vaccines and to apply Bravecto flea medication (for times a year). Everyone is very helpful but Matthew, the Vet Tech goes above and beyond! Matthew is always very thoughtful and listens to my needs and questions. He treats my kitties as if they were his own which is very important to me. Also was very pleased that Matthew did a followup call to see how they were doing. Thank you!”

“I love that your in & out. There was no big crowd. No line, no waiting maybe I went on a good day. I went Tuesday at 130pm. I have three dogs that needed a tick tablet. They weight them and all we paid for was for the tablets that they gave us there. Other vets wanted $40-$70 just for the visit then another $fee for ticks tablets. This place had no fee for office visits, only fee was for tablets per dog and if we want a refill we orders on-line they'll send Dr our request and he'll approve done ?? I will definitely be returning with me dogs ?”

“Overall great experience. Staff was friendly and and efficient. I took my 16 week kitten here to be spayed. Check in is at 7:30 am. Many people (including myself) came earlier and the gates didn’t open, so keep in mind you may have to park or wait outside of the gates. Please be mindful and turn on your hazard lights if you’re going to park in the middle of the streets/curb (safer if you park elsewhere and arrive at 7:30). Staff are quick in checking people in so don’t stress about having to be the first in line or arriving hours before open time.
Some tips:
-Prices for services are the least expensive here
-You would need to schedule appointment way in advance (at least a month)
-Putting on my kitten’s e collar/cone was difficult when we got home. If I could do it over again, I would bring the e collar / cone with me and ask staff if they can put it on while my kitten is under anesthesia
I posted a photo of my invoice. I paid for complete lab work up, spay services, rabies vaccine, frontline plus flea/tick treatment, IV catheter IV fluids, and post op pain meds. Total came out to $272.50 .
Of note, there are financial assistance available. I will attach a photo of that too. Hope this helps!”

“Literally one of the best places EVER! This is a non profit organization so they pay out of their own pocket for everything and it's on their own time!! There is only 1 person who works here (occasionally a 2nd) and she's absolutely amazing! She knows everything about everything!!! If you have questions about all the wild critters around here, believe me she knows the answer! The house is hard to find. It's between houses (drive slow), look at the mailbox. It's a long driveway. She can't always answer the phone because she's doing this all alone. Honestly idk how she does it! There are so many sweet animals there and she has a regular job too and does this! So, if she doesn't answer, just go. She's super kind and sweet lady! Don't read this bad review down here .... almost annoying to read because I know all this lady does. And you don't pay for it either! The person with the bad review....pay for the lady's phone bill if you don't like it sheesh. The animals she has are VERY well taken care of too! This lady has a dang heart of gold! No joke!
My first experience was, I called and nobody answered and I just showed up and she let me in the gate (no questions asked)and she was with another person with a baby possum (that's why she couldn't answer, she's only 1 person she's not cloned and not a robot). I patiently waited my turn and she helped me right after. SHE SPEAKS FLUENT SPANISH, FLUENT ENGLISH AND FLUENT FRENCH! please please donate if you saw all her rescues and how well they are being treated you would! Hours of operation are 11-3 (because she needs a real job to live). The lady with the baby bunny ugh. She should have just drove over to drop off the bunny for heavens sake. Also, why didn't she Google and do research like I did. With a heating pad and half on and half off the blanket. The baby bunny either died of being too cold or if she had a heating pad maybe too hot. or did she give the baby bunny the correct formula or did she feed the poor thing at all ? Again, did she research it?!!! Anddddd maybe just maybe the injuries were eternal and too severe. Again, all she had to do was drive over like I did. I have a kid in a wheelchair from surgery and a toddler and I made it happen with my insane schedule.”
“I've taken our sweet little Teddy to 5 different vets. This was my first visit, with a vet, that helped me fully understand what is happening with our Pomeranian/Yorkies trachea and bronchial disorder. So, yes, based on my experience, I do recommend this veterinary and will be bringing all our fury family members to her.”
“This place truly cares about animals. I found an abandoned dog limping around a parking lot, I suspect he was hit by a car, and brought him here. It was just 10 minutes before closing but they all still jumped in to take care of him. Many places will do business with you but not everyone genuinely cares the way that this staff did.”

I originally came in as they charged the most reasonable amount to nurture my cat (compared to 100s more other places) but stayed due to the vet techs and vets.
