“At 1 am we had to make the hardest decision, as a pet owner we ever had to make. We knew it was time to take our precious dog in, because we could not let him suffer and wait until the morning for his normal vet to open. We called around and decided to go here. Everyone at this place was great. Our dog could not walk and they brought out a stretcher to wheel him in. Everything was explained to us, step by step on what would happened and we were told we could take as much time as needed to say goodbye. We were taken a beautiful room with nice decor and dim lights. It just made it seem more like home instead of a cold examination room. When they brought out our dog he was still on the stretcher but had been placed over a nice blanket and he had a blanket on him. We took our time saying our goodbyes and no one rushed us. Even the vet talked to him and reassured us for various reasons we already knew we were making the right decision. Obviously, we left heartbroken but happy that the staff was so caring. Two weeks later we received this hand written card from the staff with his name inside. It just a small little token that made our experience here a great one.”
“Best vet office I've ever used. Have been going for years. All the veterinarians are friendly, caring, and work well with the animals. My 60 pound, muscle-laden pitbull is a huge handful, and they are all always so patient. Highly recommend!”

They are very knowledgeable and doctors take the time to address any concerns you have, never making you feel rushed. “Went for my kitten who was having a multitude of issues as well as for my grandma’s cat who has been having upper respiratory issues for the past month. When we got in the room not only did they do a thorough exam of both cats but they really made sure we addressed the issues we needed for them. For example we were told exactly how old my kitten was when we thought he was only a few weeks old but turns out he is 6 months old. They really worked with us with our budget too and I think the pricing was fair. I really recommend going to this vet. Doctor Blanchard was awesome.”

“First time there. Nice front desk people. Dropped off feral cat for spay so never met the Dr. My neighbor recommended and I plan to continue going there. Spay was only 180 compared to other places I checked were asking 300-500. They use walk in only system, no appointments.”
“From the moment I called into the office till the time I paid for services the beautiful, amazing, caring, kind, and professional receptionists were so AMAZING!!! They listened to all of my concerns about my Jackson, and treated us like we were family. Shout out to Erick, Tiffany, Darlene,Yesenia, Genevieve, and Jisel... I can't say enough about you all. You are truly passionate about your job and other veterinarian offices could learn a thing or two from you guys!!! And last but not least... Dr.Scott!!! Outstanding Dr.!!!!! Very thorough!!! Took his time and never rushed me!!! He is very experienced and knowledgeable and I appreciate his kindness and time. I also want to say how beautiful and clean the facility was. They also gave me a complete tour of the place!!! What vet does that? But they do!! Almost forgot about the laser lady sweet Anna!! “I was looking for a reasonable priced place to get my fur baby fixed and a friend took her fur babies here to get them fixed and the price you couldn't beat. Not only did my baby get fixed but also her nails trimmed really good and all her shots for under $250. Her stitching looks amazing and they also gave me medication I did not think was part of the pricing. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and so early as to I dropped her off at 8am, came back around 5pm and that same greeting was just as pleasant. Definitely found my veterinarian office.”

“This was my first time taking my granddaughter pet Jordyn to this hospital. I was impressed with the staff hospitality for the location. Come to find out my daughter had taken Jordyn there before. Although, I waited an hour with an appointment, it was ok because the energy was a great vibe. The doctor was a listener, an educator and briefed me well. Overall, I am satisfied and will be returning for a follow up. I will be recommending this hospital.”

“Sunshine Haven was recommended to me through great friends! My husband found two baby pigeons in a sign that was being removed and brought them home. He had me search for a rescue. He took the babies to Sunshine Haven and said the woman was so happy to take them in and take care of them until they would be ready to fly out on their own. “I bring my 2 cats here and the staff is great- as is the pricing. I originally came in as they charged the most reasonable amount to nurture my cat (compared to 100s more other places) but stayed due to the vet techs and vets. They really are kind people that care for your animal, willing to answer your questions, and spend the extra time. I appreciate their thoughtful care.”

“Brought my corgi, Hamilton, here for the first time today thanks to them having a last minute appointment as he wasn’t feeling well and his normal vet didn’t have any openings until 6/18.
Check in was so easy and staff was Incredibly nice. There was maybe a 3-5 min wait for a room and someone quickly came to check us in there to see what was going on.
The vet, Dr. Macasias, was amazing. Never made me feel rushed and listened to all of my concerns. I never felt like I was being sold unnecessary treatments. Due to this treatment, I will be switching vets. Thank you!”

I took my morkie yesterday due to her having diarrhea and not feeling good. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Sonia, Sonia walk me through all the questions and concerns I had, she gave me recommendations and suggested good options. Eventually I got to talk to the doctor and I got an estimate. I have nothing but good to say about this vet clinic, I am still impressed with the care and love they treat the animals with and the customer service! I am specially so grateful with Sonia, she went above and beyond for me and my dog!!! Sonia is truly the image of what a caring person is. Thank you so much! We appreciate it”

We brought Bruno to her with no prior training, and he has already learned so many new commands. My husband and I really enjoy how she explains things and breaks cues into more simple steps to help us and Bruno understand and keep us engaged. We just enrolled in level two and can't wait to see how much Bruno learns!”
