“I have been bringing my dog here since 2020, and I am incredibly grateful for the care she has received over the years. I am very particular about who I trust with my dog, and finding a veterinarian I feel completely comfortable with means a lot to me. Dr. Jung is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the animals he treats. I have always felt that my concerns are listened to and that my dog is in very capable hands. The staff is also consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. It is not easy to find someone you truly trust with a pet you love so much, and I feel very fortunate to have found that here at Town & Country Veterinary Clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Jung to anyone looking for a veterinarian who provides thoughtful, exceptional care. 🐾”

“I don’t think there are enough words in this world to describe all that this vet has done for me & all my babies. I have been going to this vet for years. My baby Milo, was treated so sweetly & cared for every time he was brought in. When he had an ulcer in his eye, they recommended a specialist in Ontario & fortunately he was able to get the surgery and was on the mend. When we got our other dogs, we would take them here for his check ups & their vaccinations. Then when my baby Milo was growing old, he had quite a bit of health issues that were unfortunately too expensive to afford. The doctors & staff were very empathetic and very kind to me during the heavier moments. They explained everything in great detail and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. My heart still hurts and I will never be the same without my baby, but can be content that we (and the staff) did all they could do for him. I’m forever grateful for the people employed here, and will continue to bring my babies here, knowing that they will provide the level of care that any pet deserves. Thank you all for being so exceptionally kind. My Milo lives on within me”

“It's the only Veterinarian Service besides an Emergency situation that I would ever use again for any of my cats or any of my pets. I made a stupid mistake after going to Small Animal Hospital for over 20 years and tried out 2 other places that were closer to me. BIG MISTAKE. BIG! Never again. If you want your pets treated right go Nowhere Else. I promise that you will be happy with your choice. 😸”

“Wow! We were on the hunt for a new vet after many terrible experiences. So I came in with low expectations. I am shocked with how incredible our experience was here. First, rather than having us wait in the lobby with our dog, which would give him anxiety, when we arrived we called them and let them know we were in the parking lot, and they called us as soon as our room was ready. We were able to just walk right into our room and immediately be seen without a wait. The tech and vet were very friendly and clear about their advice. They treated our dog with respect and patience as he was clearly anxious. Our bill at the end was incredibly reasonable. They never tried to offer services for unnecessary things. The only critique, if I had to choose something, was we didn't know what the cost of the vaccines would be before they were given to our dog. But they ended up being incredibly affordable! We will 100% be back!”

“I am so glad and happy that I choosed this place to take care of my Rocket. First of all I want to say I am so so so thankful for the staff being so supportive, kind and helpful people especially after my emergency experience that I had with Redlands Emergency vet. They are so cost affordable and they are so helpful with their care. I felt welcomed, supported and appreciated that my kitty Rocket was being cared for. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this Animal hospital and continue to come here with my pets. I want to thank Lisa Contreras the veterinarian and Staff. For helping me and my rocket. I will never forget their kindness and dedication to my pet”

“Amazing experience here with a spay for my kitten. Staff handling calls are very kind and helpful. Office was very clean and we were immediately put into a room upon arrival. The tech who checked my kitten was very kind and gentle. The vet is so kind, informative, and funny. The pricing for their low cost spay is insane and so appreciative for clients who can’t afford these other vets charging $300+. I received a call saying my kitten did great and surgery went perfectly. I picked her up later that day after observation. She went home with antibiotics and we received a call the next day asking how she was doing. She was back to normal immediately after arriving home and the stitches look perfect. I cannot express how thankful I am for this vet and the staff! We will definitely return to future vet care.”

“This is the only place I feel comfortable bringing my Bubba to. I never feel like anything other than his care is their priority. Often times some vets feel like it’s about making money first and all of a sudden you have to do this or that. I don’t feel that way here. I know Bubba is in good hands 🧡”
