“Pros:Same day service; very reasonable fees for vaccines, meds, neutering, lab tests, etc., especially for neutering. No appointment necessary, just arrive between 8 and 10 am. Cordial staff.Cons: Do not expect much in personalized service, although they are cordial. Yet to see or hear from the vet during or after office visits. My cats have always been seen and handled by the assistants. After care instructions are minimal unless you ask (they need something in writing).”

“Such a great place to take your cat. Such friendly staff and amazing doctors. My cat was so anxious as this was his first time at riverside cat hospital but was relaxed once the doctor came in. He was so gentle with him. If you didn’t know, this place is also a regular vet. They also have cats up for adoption so if you’re looking for a cat, I’d go check them out. They have a few cats out and the rest in the back and you’re able to go see them all.”

“Completely dedicated to the health and happiness of your pet. We got a rescue who needed her spay stitches removed. Everyone had at least a month wait, even while saying they had to come out much sooner. Victoria Animal Hospital got us in immediately, and we've appreciated them ever since. When our dog was injured, they took her quickly and managed her expertly. We always feel they have our pet's best interest in mind.”

“Dr. Lee and staff are really great. I was able to get my baby in right away after he had been coughing all night. I am in the veterinary field and really appreciated that Dr. Lee listened to me and allowed me to be a part of my dogs medical treatment. They are incredibly friendly and it is apparent they all care so much about their patients and pet parents. They are also VERY reasonably priced and don’t try and up charge for things that aren’t necessary. Im not sure why others are complaining about them being too expensive especially in comparison to other vets in the area. The reality is prices are going up everywhere for medication and supplies so vets have to increase prices. I’m almost certain their exam fee is the cheapest around while also practicing quality medicine. I will definitely be back with all of my fur kids. Thanks Cindy and Dr. Lee!”

“Wow! We were on the hunt for a new vet after many terrible experiences. So I came in with low expectations. I am shocked with how incredible our experience was here. First, rather than having us wait in the lobby with our dog, which would give him anxiety, when we arrived we called them and let them know we were in the parking lot, and they called us as soon as our room was ready. We were able to just walk right into our room and immediately be seen without a wait. The tech and vet were very friendly and clear about their advice. They treated our dog with respect and patience as he was clearly anxious. Our bill at the end was incredibly reasonable. They never tried to offer services for unnecessary things. The only critique, if I had to choose something, was we didn't know what the cost of the vaccines would be before they were given to our dog. But they ended up being incredibly affordable! We will 100% be back!”

I bring both my dogs to this clinic now and drive the extra distance because of how impressed I am with the care they give my pets. I have the Vital Care membership so I also get added discounts and free wellness exams. Petco is right next door too so it’s convenient if I need to grab something for my animals. Ten stars!!!”

“Ive taken both our cat and our dog to see Dr. Munsun and she is wonderful with both types of animals. Our dog had a stomach thing, our cat injured himself jumping from a high place. Both times the staff fit us in to be seen and were so wonderful and accommodating. The care was amazing. Our dog was better in a week after some antibiotics and probiotics and rest, our cat, got some much needed pain relief , updated shots, and some acne wipes (he had a little cat acne under the chin). Dr. Munson took time at each appointment to thoroughly examine both pets and discussed all treatment options and explain medications. I moved some distance, but I make the 40 minute drive to see her. Its worth it. And it was all affordable - both visits!”
