Despite their bustling schedule, the team went above and beyond to accommodate my dog's needs, even allowing for a last-minute drop-off, which I deeply appreciated. I was initially hesitant to leave my dobie Khyber, who is my everything, but then Dr. Sanchez surprised me by coming outside to introduce herself. Her warm demeanor immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Sanchez took the time to thoroughly discuss my dog's issues, treatment options, and medication suggestions. She recommended an incredible healing spray that works wonders for wounds and skin irritations—truly magical! She explained probiotics in detail and provided invaluable insights on the best ways to administer his medications and ointments. It was clear that even amidst the morning rush, she was dedicated to ensuring I fully understood everything for my dog's best outcome.
The technicians and staff at Companion Veterinary Clinic matched the high standard set by the veterinarians. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and organized, making me feel right at home. “All About Pets Vet Hospital was awesome. They got me in the same day for a minor emergency with my dog Barney—he had some matting and irritation from his harness. The staff was quick, efficient, and really personable. I appreciated that they focused on what was needed and didn’t try to overcharge or push unnecessary treatments. “New to the area and needed to immediately find a vet for my dog after he broke his dewclaw. I found this place on yelp and it was right down the street. They set me up for an appointment the very next day. Everyone here was extremely friendly and approachable. I have trust issues with vets because of previous misdiagnosis and extremely unnecessary and pushy services. That was not at all the case here. The veterinarian was very kind and reasonable. He noted previous conditions with my dog but also wasn't overly pushy and gloomy about his prognosis. And although his current injury could have warranted surgery, the vet immediately opted for a quick nail trim, treatment and bandage with medication. Sure, my dog wasn't happy while they were cleaning up his nail, but the recovery will be far easier on him and my wallet doesn't need to take a huge hit. This is the kind of honest and reasonable service that I have been hoping to find in a vet, but has felt impossible thus far. I'm so glad I found this place. To top it off, the price for all the care they provided was very affordable. And they wrapped up my dog's injury with an adorable turtle-print bandage. He looks so cute with his new cast. LOL :-)”

“We had been going to LBVC since 2008 but since VCA took over the care went downhill and it’s next to impossible to get an appointment. I called and was told they couldn’t get my dog in until November even though it was urgent. I was able to get in and be seen in less than 30 minutes with Sterling Pointe during their after hours schedule. Dr. Irene is patient and explains things very well while being loving with your pets. Great office!”
“I've been going to Blue Ravine for years as they specialize in bulldogs and do a great job at taking care of my pups. My visit today with Dr. Pita and the vet tech Emily was exemplary! Dr. Pita is the kindest veterinarian I have ever encountered and I've encountered many. She is amazing. Not only kind, but competent and clearly knows what she's doing. Emily is also extremely kind and caring. Their love for animals and their passion for their jobs is very apparent. I'm so grateful. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! After calling multiple veterinary clinics in the area to assist with unfortunately having to put our little dog down due to him declining in health in a matter of hours very quickly from seizures, they were so accommodating and helpful. The staffs demeanor was caring and so well explained compared to anywhere else we called. Their fees were also way more reasonable than anywhere else. We were so grateful for their compassion and getting us in so quickly to do one of the hardest things in life saying goodbye to our 17 year old fur baby. “We've been coming here for at least a year. I'm not sure the exact length of time, but I mention this because I'm prefacing this review with a TBD. These allergy injection treatments take a couple of years to see results, so we're still waiting to find out if it works. So far, I've been really pleased with the following things. 1. The staff are always super nice and helpful. 2. They have a phone number where we can text pictures of our dog's breakouts so the doctor can look at it quickly without us having to drive an hour round trip to come in. 3. They are the only business in the area that still requires masks, and as someone who is still experiencing symptoms from having covid once, I really really appreciate this! My pitbull has really serious skin issues, and the medications they have prescribed have cleared up the issues in the short-term which is great. We're also on the injections, which are longer term, and this is just for her allergy issues. We have a different vet for everything else. Luckily all of the treatments we've gotten here have been covered by pet insurance, so I feel lucky we've found this place.”

“I can't thank Kristol L. enough for the compassionate care her and the team provided during such a difficult time for our family. We had to make the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize our beloved dog, and Kristol were incredibly supportive every step of the way.
