AJ is a master of the crazy problems that BMWs seem to find their way into. He studies manuals, has creative solutions to problems that even stump the dealer, and seems to enjoy the challenge. He repaired my non-functional hard top convertible at 1/8 the price the dealer quoted me. We're lucky to have him.
