“AAA set up a rental for me here and they didn't have a car for me when I arrived, claiming that AAA had set up the rental in Susanville, a town 7 hours away from me. Since AAA really didn't help me at all with this car rental situation at all whatsoever, the boys at Hertz stepped in and really saved the day! Nathan and Robert were both very kind and helped me get a pro-rated deal so I didn't have to pay extra for the rental.”
