I have been banking at first us since I was 17 years old and my family also does their banking here. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this Credit Union to anyone looking for assistance with their financial needs.

The customer service reps in the office are very nice and helpful! The online service needs help, won't waste my time with that again!

I chose to bank here after Bank of the West shut down my account for no reason. First US people were super patient while I got my paperwork together and kept correspondence while I was working on it. The teller that set up my account was very friendly.
